W Mills is back on the channel today at the Brighton and Hove 10K with a bold strategy!
He hasn't trained massively over the summer since his 40:59 PB during April and doesn't think a PB will be possible.
He decided to make things interesting and just go off with D Mills at a pace WAY quicker than he can hold, to bag some time early and try and hold on for dear life.
He may regret this decision....

After some pretty rubbish 10K results this year I want to finally put those demons to rest and get a PB at Altrincham 10k. On and undulating course with 70m of uphills to navigate, it certainly won't be easy, but I will give it everything! COME ON!
