Watching a couple of your videos has shown me just how lucky I've been in the 5 different Parkrun routes I've tried over the years. All have been wide courses with loads of room. The idea of an out and back route like this is bizarre to me. Seems like a recipe for disaster but it must work. It's also good to hear that the people near the front are as knackered as me by the finish. I am struggling to break 25 mins, but I've always been a sprinter and always have something ready for the last 200m.
D Mills reminds me of my local park runner who makes inappropriate noises all the way around. Resulting in me pissing myself laughing every time I Pass her. It's Heaton Park, Manchester J Mills, and no, I don't have her number before you ask.
@CrownMyRun all joking aside, you're big bro has some heart (and lungs) on him. As an older brother myself (I've got 3 bros) I hope his passion for running is reflected in other aspects of his life such as Xmas and birthday gifts for his siblings:) e.g. J Mills may need some new shoes after his recent mileage while D Mills was recovering?
@FitzElda you clocked her PB for running. Hovever, did you get access to the police report 🤔 it'll be interesting to find out her reasons for running so fast 😳
