Ive fished all my life and I am mid 50s and never felt the need to use bite alarms, ive even carp fished. We never had bite alarms back when I was a nipper and so being old school, have just chosen to just watch the rod. I understand you film also but, it is a pet hate wen its nice and quiet and the silence is broken by beeps and buzzers.

I always worry the worm will get itself tangled up with the feeder frame itself so tend to leave the hook out of the feeder when I use a worm as hookbait

I have decided this coming year to try the method feeder never used it as not been back into fishing for very long but find your videos very informative and helpful and . I think feeder fishing is the way forward for me this year . Thank you for all the great tips

A up westy with your floating feeders instead of fiddling about with the water why not no8 or 6 shot if the hole is big enough just add as many as you need for the speed you want it to sink also a bit of tape over the alarm speakers.

Great vid, just thought on the feeders could you make the plugs slightly raised or with a small bobble on( maybe various colours of bobble) for us with not so nimble fingers. Keep up the videos🎣👍

Tried this last night added a bit of krill flavour, pellets swelled and burst lid off the tub and some spilt into the fridge, she weren't happy about the spillage that I cleaned up but the krill made the fridge smell like, well, use your imagination lol. So I told her it was your fault! 😂

Another great video. I agree with your comments about loud alarms, there's nothing more annoying than listening to a loud alarm going off all the time. Looking forward to using the floating feeder, which I have just ordered. I tried to get hold of the Korum ones last summer but always out of stock. I'll let you know how I can get on. Tight lines.
