    The side by side talking is such a handy tip. It's true how it seems to be less confrontational somehow... doing a drawing class or crafts, it's amazing how much people chat in a relaxed way between comfortable silence

    The mindfulness free courses are no longer offered by FutureLearn and I wondered why.... Future Learn say that Monash University is no longer one of their partners yet the Monash website directs enquiries to Futurelearn. I am really sorry that the courses are no longer available as I found them a huge inspiration and valuable resource.

    I find that when I go about my normal day in a mindful way or meditative state, my mind has more attention to the task at hand and I am actually doing the tasks better because the required information will come to mind

    I've finished mindfulness for wellbeing and peak performance maybe since a year and now I'm taking the second course and I haven't practiced mindfulness formally and on a regular basis but in the same time I've never thought that a simple skill like mindfulness can be of that advantage in my life , so really thank you for this amazing opportunity ! ❤️

    The problem with Mindfulness and Meditation is that they are only coping mechanisms. They will certainly never bring the kind of change that’s desperately needed in the world today.
