Glad you enjoy your heating pad as well. I do like the noise of a fan, I didn’t think to mention that in the video. I also sleep with a satin pillowcase, did not think to take it for this one night trip, but if I went away for a week, it would definitely come with me. I believe we all have some creature comforts that have to come with us, whether we just want them for comfort or need them. I’m so pleased that you enjoyed the inside beauty tip. I have one at the end of every single video I do they always include, a scripture reading. The comfort of the Lord is not something we have to pack to take with us, God gives us comfort at all times and where would we be without it? Love, Sheila.

@ These kids are funny, don’t you think? my son gives me the once over every time I see him. Then he asks me if I am eating enough, if I’m getting enough sleep and if I am taking care of myself. I think you and I have done OK so far and we have managed to keep ourselves alive by doing what we feel we need to do for ourselves, haha

My son is not critical of me, just the daughter. We take great care of ourselves! Thanks, Sheila!

Things come to us as we age, and the more we realize the small amount of time we have left compared to the years that we have already lived, we realize we have to take our lives into our own hands and make decisions that are in our best interest. The great news is that you are learning to put up boundaries and that is where it begins. Once we start to do these things for ourselves, we see what a difference it makes an our lives and it inspires us to do more and keep going. I know you can do it! much love, Sheila
