The buffeting is crazy, you can see the wing moving so much it's kinda scary. Especially when you think how much force is be put on it.

Is the Hornet harder to fly from the RCP than a Talon?

The legendary hornet is the badest! I know two seaters arent as great but the Marine fast fac Ds and Malaysian Ds are sweet birds to.

What do you think maybe the Lex fence on the C&D models and actually the A and B also had the Lex fence. I remember that was a major pain when they decided to put those on the aircraft we had a canon plug in there. We had to swap out that was ridiculous in number of wires other minor things, but my understanding was it was there to disrupt the air that was cracking the vertical stabilizers so maybe they disrupting the airflow on the stabilizers would allow it to get a higher top speed, just a guess

Hey Gonky. Love the raw footage and your WSO/pilot for that flight seemed very grateful for his opportunity and that's awesome. I'm just wondering how much of a difference.It is flying from the back seat not being able to see through the Hud. I know there's probably a Hud repeater on his screen, but isnt he basically looking at the back of the pilot seat?

Hey Gonky. Apropos of flat spins, there is F14 flat spin video put up a year ago that’s very interesting. It seems that the aircraft recovered once the crew ejected, but of course crashed into the sea since there were no control inputs, because, you know.. Be interesting to discuss it. Search on “Scouse Spotter” or “Fatal F14 Flat Spin”
