Easter Aquhorthies is the best known Aberdeenshire circle, if you ever get the chance to visit again, I definitely recommend it. You can find a better film of this site on my channel in the Aberdeenshire section. Thanks for leaving comments.

These images in the snow were taken on my first visit to Aberdeenshire at the end of March, you would think it was midwinter.

This is a very interesting site with the tall pointed quartz stone, there are cup marks on some of the other stones. Thanks for commenting.

Loanhead is one of my favourite Aberdeenshire circles. All these sites are in a full length documentary I made which you can find on my channel.

I am glad it has survived. This circle is looked after and it has good public access with an information board. Sunhoney circle is just down the road.

All the trees have been taken away since I shot this footage. I will return to the Aberdeenshire recumbents one day and make a better documentary.

I don't tend to visit Pictish stones, I come across them when visiting the Neolithic sites. There are many to visit in Angus and Aberdeenshire.

I don't visit the Pictish stones much, I can't say I have noticed these stones have a chip on them.

@@BeforeCaledonia nor me! Keep an eye out for it in others! It makes sense to have it in coding! DNA coding that is! (a little chip on ones shoulder) these stones are about mankind!

@@BeforeCaledonia There’s nothing at all wrong with this one though, but interesting new additions to stone sites is welcome. By chance I came across a monument erected in 1951 (just off the B977) dedicated to the battle of Corrichie fought on the Hill of Fare in 1562. Although the site is over 60yrs old now, it led to other much older finds such as the Queen’s Chair lying on the SW side of Meikle Tap. It was Mary Stewart’s battle viewing point. This is probably too recent a history for your channel but it’s certainly worth a visit. Thanks.

Glenquicken circle is tricky to find. There is a gem rock museum in Creetown, I don't know if it is still open. Thanks again for your continued viewing, Martin.

I wasn't sure if it was still open, I was last there 15/16 years ago. Cairnholy 1 & 2 are close to Creetown, they are the iconic prehistoric sites in SW Scotland.

All useless info as there is a bigger msg in the stones. T=Te (element) = earth. T also = tea= cha for change, chaos, char. The cha cha (dance). the T is again about DNA. As with all the alphabet being about us.

Hello Malcolm, Callanish is getting a new visitor centre this year, hopefully there will be more information on the minor or satellite stone circles around the Callanish environs. Achmore circle is not well known, it's signposted but I don't think anybody notices it.

I have been on a few trips with Gary and Caroline visiting sited on the Belinus line. They wrote the excellent book 'The Spine of Albion' which I have got a copy.

@@BeforeCaledonia sometimes i go to cheshire dowsers and last year it made me smile as they wanted to come to Alderley edge as its node 16 on spine of Albion and merlin fame , with bronze age mouns still around , to cut the story short i organised gary and caroline to come give a talk and lkead a walk a talk , yes the book is good , are you in stuart dows group on facebook earth and cosmic energies alignments leys ,

That is great you have visited ancient sites all over Europe and beyond. I don't have a favourite of the minor Callanish circles, probably Callanish III if I had to pick one. Callanish VIII film coming soon....

@@BeforeCaledonia CALANISH 3 is nice too , is that the site thas almost next door to another , when i go places its often to find out were high energy lines cross , as the vail is thinner at this sites as quite often there is a earth fault , so more energy from central earth , find that visiting the sites has a very positive effect , , love playing crystal bowls , frequency to this sites too , thanks for the video , cairn holy is a very interesting site too ,,,, best wishes

Callanish II & III stone circles are very close to each other. I have a few Cairnholy videos on my channel, you can find them in the Dumfries & Galloway section. I should have a Callanish film on the main site released in March.

@@BeforeCaledonia great stuff , did you meet cairn holly joe , he is a wonder , had a great experiance there i left some stones crystals on the front stones while i walked up to the cairn 50 yards up the track one of the stones was i called merlin as found it at the base of merlin's mound Marlborough , there was no one around so just left them on my return my merlin stone had dissapeared , they said there dog merlin was playing near the ccrystals i found it imagine merlin had moved merlin @ cairn holy , , im my head i was sure there numbrer plate would have 888 in it so , i went to look and yes it had lol , thats why i love going as sometimes there the most of the charts synchronicities that take place ,

I am going back up this year for more filming which will be my fourth visit. I watched your Huly Hill video a few days ago, I will give it a share on my socials, Martin.
