You are the first flosstuber that I have ever watched, and I have binge watched every one that you have made while at work this last week. Your videos have been so entertaining, positive, and inspiring. As a birthday present to myself, I am purchasing the pattern "Pancakes." Tomorrow, I'm going to a shop to get "kitted up" (is that the right term?)so that I can work on it on my birthday (Saturday). Thank you for the wonderful videos!!! I look forward to the next one!

I started Winter Wonderland last year and it is in time out. I did the whole rink and tree and then discovered it was on the wrong orientation. It will eventually be frogged and restarted on the correct orientation. I chose an opalescent grey linen and don't want to waste the fabric. Yours looks great. 💜💜💜

Happy Birthday Andrew. I want to thank-you for your encouragement in starting my little cross stitch project. I bought a small Bucilla kit a few years ago but procrastinated. After watching you for a few months and appreciating your approach to sharing your time between projects, I finally opened my kit and sorted the threads. Yesterday I started stitching and having fun. I did do some xs projects decades ago, but nothing recently. Once again, thanks.

Hi, Andrew, first I wanted to say how much I’ve been enjoying your flosstubes, your work is just beautiful. Thanks so much for the book review, as had been wondering about getting it, but it’s not easy to tell from the info you get on Amazon how many of the patterns I might like to do. The patterns look amazing, it’s still on preorder in the UK, but I think it will be a must buy. I’m planning to stitch Swan in Flowers from Max’s Etsy shop in the near future, another gorgeous design.

It was great to stitch with you at Laura's zoom. I loved seeing your WIPs , especially Saga. A friend and I are also using the Silks4U PR 207. Her project is from Keslyn and mine from an Etsy seller. Are you stitching each stitch as you go, or across the row and back? It looks as though your WIP has some variation. I'm not seeing it in my progress of crossing each stitch, so am curious. Glad you had a good birthday, and your cake looks great and sounded really good. I would never have guessed you were 38. If asked to guess I would have said early 30's. For marathon training do you follow a program from somebody or is it your own. Do you know if the marathon is televised? I'd love to watch it since both you and Yamir are going to be in it. Happy birthday! Don't feel bad about using readers. I use 3.50 readers plus 3.00 magnifying clip-ons to stitch. I need both strengths so I can still see my tablet by looking over the top of the clip-ons. What are the clips you are using to hold your fabric out of the way on the q snaps?

First of all Happy Birthday, Andrew! And pass on the compliments of the internet to your boyfriend for that incredible cake! What a great haul and lovely birthday gifts. You are set for some fantastic stitching in the future. Re the specialty stitches. The older Just Nan band samplers, many Drawn Thread patterns, and some of the smaller Victoria Sampler pieces have good stitch diagrams. If there's something specific, let me know and I'll see if I can dig up some references for you.
