Respectfully so i wouldnt say its cheese, its a build that focus on zoning and overwhelming your enemies and watching the video you can see its not something you cant play against as you did struggle against more agressive rushdowns I dont know the damage output but the build really seems to focus more on pressuring and overwhelming your enemies to force them onto making mkstakes And honestly i find that a pretty creative use of the freedom DW gives on building builds
