Game is fundamentally flawed, the fact that we still have an obby for partial res just shows that these guys suck at making a game that is actually enjoyable. The game is just still full of terrible game mechanics that would only be acceptable in a cc game or early testing. There are other good games on the platform, they are hard to find, and that’s why they fail. Not advertised/ devs with no support whatsoever just trying to rawdog it with just passion. Sad to see man. 😔
honestly yeah. i enjoy playing from time to time cuz like idc about stuff like partial obby as long as the rest is fun but rlly only when new stuff releases (been waiting for my glorious theatre x rework forever 😭🙏) i have fun for like a bit and get bored again. they have to add more stuff to do and change some stupid stuff like them saying they'll change volt and res "fights" months ago lol. not to mention stuff like shadow buffs other devs didnt even know about etc its just a mess

I feel the same way about Force Visions, I wanted a star wars game and it had the same issues as Type Soul.

First day after setro got fired they started to shadow buff stuff, that says alot about the "Balancers" 😭
Light got shadow buffed and ice got shadow buffed the stun is back to how it used to be
“Cause that would actually make sense, but this is type soul” just about sums up the entirety of the issue

soon as setro was gone they started literally a day later over buffing things and they just never nerf things cus the balancers love hiding meta/completely unfair things. and makes it even worse when powercreeps happen.
4:15 true, myths a mistake. 1st off cuz imo rarity=better is stupid, should just be more unique but ppl be saying stuff like "x is not mythical level only leg level" or sum cuz of it. also reduces build variety since most ppl are gonna keep a myth if they get 1 and then they just added more and more shit [fighting styles, univerals, ele locked weaps (still the worst idea in the game imo), ultras etc]
stopped playing for a bit and i hop back on the game a day before setro gets fired and then i continue playing and everthing is just so buns
imo if the next 2 weekly updates are bad the game is gonna legit die, its been consistently dropping players. ppl just get on when the new shikai drops to roll for it and then 2 days after the update we are back at 20k players again. If they dont lock in for the next 2 weeks i think everyone will stop playing
All I can say is peroxide is there just chilling.

honestly type soul cant improve atp. as nobl said the power creep is so disgusting people are forced to use meta builds that they dont seem to enjoy but they have no choice cause their build just wont compare to these new brainrot builds that display 0 skill.

There a trading scam where you are mid trade you can remove the item and it still show the item in the bar and if the other person traded you the person will get noting and you will get the item from the other person for free

I said it once, I'll say it again, Type Soul is always perpetually one good patch away from being an incredible game.
Like, the broken stuff in the game right now is obvious. I could name literally everything right now that could be nerfed and the game would inarguably be better for it. Shit, in fact, I will.
Proficiency arrankido/hakuda has GOTTA get touched. I don't notice speed and kendo prof as much cuz they lowkey play the same, but hakuda and kido shoot to top 2 trees in the game with prof, it's psychotic.
(I've said this once before, proficiency I feel is fundamentally flawed in the sense that it's too good in 1v1s and falls apart in team fights because no hierro. I said a very fair rebalance would be toning proficiency down a bit and then giving it a weaker hierro so it can compete with other variants.) ((Don't tell anyone but hierro variant lowkey became the best one again that shit did NOT need the buffs it got))
Kido. Kido trees are also just kinda fundamentally strange but tbh there's basic bandaids you can apply to them. Sr kido has always done too much fucking damage bruh. Fuck rei costs, fuck cooldowns, I just get tired of taking two bars for missing one F against them. Nerf the damage and it's fine.
Qkido is... honestly kinda fine? It's annoying and that's why people don't like it, but you can sorta work against it if you play aggro enough.
Arrankido in base is okayish, proficiency makes it absurd, just nerf prof arrankido and it's fine.
Kendo needs nerfs across the board that tree is ungodly rn.
Medic can be touched too, medic downplayers are insane, that tree is the most degenerate playstyle in the game. We all know it's true.
Speed is mostly fine rn I think.
The hakuda universals were probably the worst addition to this game ever made and I'm happy they did nerf them but holy shit how did they release like that?
Other universals are... eh I dunno. Unis are in a weird spot man. I can't even say how I feel about them.
I know I didn't say a lot but trees are relatively universal and clear pain points for the community right now, so I'd say it's incredibly easy to just start there and work outwards from that point.

The Quincy hakuda universal crit is STILL even after the nerfs the best and most unbalanced crit in the game.

Buncha lazy devs who worked purely off of motivation, usually money based, and once that need for money runs out, it's wraps for the game. Every anime roblox game seems to fall into the same cycle and it's never really a surprise, glory to my king arch mage no glaze

The lower kendo skill tree should be buffed instead of the cancer moves in the late game

I disagree tbh lower kendo skill tree needs to be nerfed, it’s too good at 25 points. That’s the sole reason why speed + kendo hybrid is still so strong

I genuinely don't know what took yall so long though, I played type soul, got shikai and had no interest in playing it further. The progression is ass and if I wanted pvp I'd just play deepwoken.
Shit was always mid at best and the dev team / managers / mods only made it dip down to straight horrible.
Ngl I disagree on the names. Zaraki stats are better than sozosei as far as base stats goes. Sozosei just exchanges some stats for mode stuff. Same kind of situation for other races. Tbh your better off not even going the arrancar mythical clan since u only have res and no vizard type mode. Unless your a kt bot that needs mode like that to win u really don’t need mythical clan fr

Worst powercreep on roblox easily, ever since the rerelease its been terrible. Poison shikai is unreactable and takes half a bar of hp on BLOCKED HIT because they can still tp after, thunder shunko is unreactable and it used to confirm catching (still prob does) and the list can just go on forever like the yamato storm metamancing era where ppl would macro 2 confirmed m1s off a parry 😂

If type soul is the best game on the platform roblox is cooked. It's garbage when it comes to game design and just it's overall progression. It doesn't help that the owners and devs are all diddlers either.
Deepwoken is an easy example of a much better game in literally every single aspect.

im not against the idea of mythical and leg clans being close with myths having some rare stuff like rei drain (just as example) since i dont like the idea of rarity=better in a game like this but le vaar really just straight up better lol
