Great cook and video!!! Every time I watch one like this I get all excited, go to the store, look at the price of beef and leave with pork loin or thighs😒.
Unfortunately the beef is quite expensive at this times. But is worth trying it.
This is a good coal grill. This is beautiful.
Reverse Sear to internal temp of 46 c, cook at 107c (takes about 45 mins ) then you give max heat for 2 mins each side . You will have lovely medium rare meat . Keep up the good efforts mate ❤

I've been cooking steaks on a BBQ since Nixon was president... although I never needed to buy a spice rub, that's what spices are for, the only time I use a BBQ anymore is when I'm cooking a lot of steaks and other foods. An air fryer produces a better single steak, faster, with less cost and quicker clean up. As Porsche says, "The is no substitute."
