Kamado Roasted Baby Potatoes

  • In this video I will present this mouth-watering recipe for the most delicious roasted baby potatoes cooked in the Kamado.
    1) Cut the potatoes in half or quarters and place in a pot with warm water, add a little bit of salt. Bring the water to boil and boil the potatoes for roughly 5 to 10 minutes.
    2) Drain the water and place the potatoes on a baking dish along with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary.
    3) Transfer the baking dish to the Kamaro for 20 minutes.
    If desired, sprinkle a handful of chopped fresh parsley just before serving. Served hot!
