Amazing Goulash in the Cauldron

Follow my video to see how I cook the best Goulash in the cauldron step by step. PS: this recipe can also be cooked on the stove.
Ingredients:
- 1kg beef (I used ribeye)
- 2tsp salt
- 2tsp pepper
- 2tsp thyme
- 2tsp paprika
- 3tsp tomato paste
- 2tsp sweet goulash paste
- 1tsp spicy goulash paste
- freshly cut parsley
- 4 crushed cloves of garlic
- 6 big potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 400gr tomatoes
- 2 white onions and 1 red onion
- 300ml beef stock
- 3 bay leaves
- 1butter cube
- 50ml sunflower oil
