  • How to cook pork ribs on the grill?
    Remove pork ribs from the packaging and pat ribs dry with a paper towel. I like to remove the back membrane because it's tough and rubber-y and can make it a bit more challenging to eat the ribs after they are cooked. It is super easy to remove since it will pull off in one piece.
    Sprinkle as much of the rub onto both sides of ribs as desired. To prevent ribs from becoming too dark and spicy, do not thoroughly rub spices into ribs. Store any unused spice mix in a jar for future use.
    Preheat grill to 280°F. It's important to try to maintain this temperature through the cooking process so your ribs don't cook too fast.
    Place aluminium foil on the lower rack to capture drippings and prevent flare-ups. Lay ribs on the top rack of the grill (away from the coals, if you're using briquettes). Close lid, and leave ribs undisturbed for 1 hour. Do not lift the lid at all. After 1 hour, spray the ribs with apple cider vinegar.
    Cook for 1 more hour.
    Brush ribs with sauce, and grill for an additional 20 minutes. Carefully remove the ribs off the grill and place on a large cutting board and allow the meat to rest and cool for a few minutes.
