  • In today video I will show you my recipe for a great Easter meal, lamb shoulder ( whole lamb Shoulder) on the Kamado grill.
    A shoulder of lamb is an Easter classic.
    Marinate the meat, use whichever flavour you would like ( I used mint, garlic, rosemary, parsley, thyme, peppercorn, salt and olive oil)
    Leave to marinate for at least 6 hours.
    Place into your Kamado Joe at 250F and leave it for 2 hours with a temperature probe inserted until the internal temperature reaches 150-160F.
    Once your meat has reached temperature, sprinkle some red wine and let it cook for another hour
    Once the internal temperature reaches 180F for well done meat it’s ready to come out.
