Just started shooting paint at this kit after a few weeks of utter joy building it and adding a few bespoke touches of my own… hands down the most enjoyable Star Wars project I’ve ever built… brilliant kit from AP, can’t recommend it enough… kudos Andy 🙏

The contours alone would send me to the nut house! But she's beautiful, the work shows thru. I had my Corgi SPV restored a few years back and it hasn't been its shipping box since! (I do use the repro box he made as a backdrop)

Just outstanding… was really nostalgic for me as I grew up with all the Gerry Anderson stuff as a kid… Captain Scarlett was by far my favourite… more realistic and gritty… you’ve captured it perfectly… WoW ‼️👍🏻👌🏻

Hi Andy. Amazing work as usual 👏. I had to laugh, though. You said that the SPV was a good kit - and the proceeded to change almost everything on it! 😆 The final result is beautiful. The weathering on the other truck was entrancing to watch and a real masterclass. I love the way you got the impression of a double door at the back purely through the use of paint. Hopefully we will be treated to your videos more often in the New Year 🤞. In the meantime, Happy Christmas!

The Lights are RS spares, unfortunately no longer available, I got two from a guy cleaning out an old garage.

Lovely Job, Tape was Letraline, now no longer made but I sourced lots on eBay .

Epic work. All the lines look good. I can only imagine how much working and reworking you must have done to get it right. I found an original roll of that red pinstripe tape still in its box sitting on a dusty shelf in my parents' garage. I had a go at cutting it thin and putting it round bends, and it still works. Still sticky. must be over 50 years old. That's a good quality product!

Great job on the X-Wing great pose. I may have had a bit of knowledge of the original pulse rifle, but due to getting done for contravening licensing "I know nothing....." If you ever run across my 1:1 Predator bust, let me know.

I have the 5 foot shooting model that Will Smith shoots down. I got it from a defunct company called Icons back in the 90's. They gave it to me with a mothership as they owed me for a bunch of computers. The colors are a bit different than what you have but I like yours as well. The originals are more purple , bronze and blue.

Andy you are the man. This pulse rifle is off the hook and truly appreciate all the time you are taking to make the best of the best of all time. Gonna be a true honor to own this beast. When you do get everything all done and complete down the road. I like a fully built one all completed and painted fully built with all electronics all complete. And will pay whatever price you need for it. I’ve been like a kid again like waiting for Christmas. I’m in the U.S. so even if we had to ship it after completed broken down into 2 or 3 seperate packages if needed. Wish I was as talented as you. A work of Art and is my most want item.
