I forgot to ask. Would you be able to ship it to the US? I know that there were customs laws that says imitation firearms need to have an orange tip and maybe some other rules unless it’s marked for movie use? I’m not entirely familiar. Would suck if they confiscated this.

AH, the old UK and US names. Its not a Burning torch which i guess is the real definition of the word :-) , but a flashlight or torch as we call it in the UK. In the model itself, i've made it a separate LED and Lens which i made holders for. Hope this helps out, thanks for checking it out. :-)

@@APmodels I watch the film most every day, you know this already I bet in the film the stock has a hinge bars thing (tech term for it lol) that bends as the auto aim kicks in bet this will be a bugger to do (if you go that far) and the gun counter is bars not numbers, the thing that makes me smile and is very over done is the kickback to older films 😄Spoiler do not read on if you haven't seen the film "get away from her you bitch" to a male alien soldier makes no sence 😆counting down the bullets, am like nooooo give up lol.
Are the kits DIY? Or are they pre painted and assembled? I saw the movie and loved the sound of this rifle and the functionality of it. So Ive been searching for a more functional prop since the hollywood collectibles group one just sits there lol.
Hi there. Yes these will be a DIY kit. Simple, strong and easy to put together. The idea is it should be able to be stripped and rebuilt easily for access to electronics etc. A functional stock will be a stretch though as the design is not good for the structural integrity of a kit. It would require functional swivels, pistons and some expensive machining which would make the final price out of most peoples reach. We will try our best though :-)

This rifle really annoyed me. It was essentially the movie writers saying, "you all remember the PULSE RIFLE??? You liked that, right? So how about it now also does the Smartgun lock on and holds idk...like 500 BULLETS THIS TIME?? Even better right guys"????? The OG Pulse Rifle was so iconic and good because it wasn't so overly futuristic as to be unbeleivable. Holding 100 (99) rounds of caseless was just plausible enough to be believable and the pump action grenade launcher added light anti-armor support utility, and its boxy design plus the iconic sound of it firing added a whole cool factor that's been unmatched. It's honestly like these writers just wanted to jangle keys at us rather than make their own good thing. That all said, I much prefer the key jangling over whatever pretentious slop we got with Prometheus and Covenant. Romulus definitely was a far better film than either of those, so...hopefully the next film they try, they try more original ideas that build on the source material without adding seemingly pointless pandering. Or that stupid black goo that they absolutely insist is important somehow.

I've seen two separate nomenclatures for this, either M41 or F44AA. Which is it?
this should be the F44AA because the M41 is the rifle seen as a standard rifle for the colonial marines in aliens

This rifle really annoyed me. It was essentially the movie writers saying, "you all remember the PULSE RIFLE??? You liked that, right? So how about it now also does the Smartgun lock on and holds idk...like 500 BULLETS THIS TIME?? Even better right guys"?????
The OG Pulse Rifle was so iconic and good because it wasn't so overly futuristic as to be unbeleivable. Holding 100 (99) rounds of caseless was just plausible enough to be believable and the pump action grenade launcher added light anti-armor support utility, and its boxy design plus the iconic sound of it firing added a whole cool factor that's been unmatched.
It's honestly like these writers just wanted to jangle keys at us rather than make their own good thing.
That all said, I much prefer the key jangling over whatever pretentious slop we got with Prometheus and Covenant. Romulus definitely was a far better film than either of those, so...hopefully the next film they try, they try more original ideas that build on the source material without adding seemingly pointless pandering. Or that stupid black goo that they absolutely insist is important somehow.
