Hi Chris, I am new to your channel, I found you while watching anything to do with the Brimfield flea market on UA-cam. In 2015, my life changed, and I am now in a wheelchair and many days, I am bedbound. Life before was filled with goodwill stops, Brimfield, and all kinds of antique shows. I wanted to thank you for letting me tag along and enjoy your lovely finds. Marlborough Farms was always a great place to shop, I did not know it had switched to what it is now. I now live in Monson, MA, but I had also lived in Colchester CT as well as a couple of years in the Hudson Valley, so many places you go are at least familiar to me. I'm looking forward to watching the rest of your videos! ❤

The street depicted in the print is Commonwealth Ave. In Boston. The church in the picture is on the corner of Clarendon and Comm. Ave in the Back Bay area. I think it's a Baptist church.

In a few years, my husband will retire, and we will be moving to Glenn's Falls, NY. We will definitely be visiting Millbrook, NY, as it's less than a two hour drive. I love seeing all the places you visit on the East Coast because it gets me excited to move and get our forever home started by shopping some of these thrift stores you visit.

The tulips are called Real Touch and there are LOTS of flowers out there that are like that. Also...I ran, lol, to your Ebay to look for that tray...but I'm glad it got a good home. Even if it's not in Texas!

The Owens piece from Ohio probably is connected to Owens-Corning whose headquarters are in Toledo, Ohio. I believe the Corning glass part came from the east coast before the merger. Love the kitties. Poe says "hi". Love your channel!!

So exciting! I would keep all of that copper. I had a similar score only in Cutco knives with a block. They were all like new 15 pieces for $16!! I could not believe my eyes when I saw the price. Then I scored the smaller pans of my Cuisinart pan set for $5 ea. I was over the moon. I plan to sell all of the Cutco knives on eBay for around $600. I have several nice Henkels knives I really love already and I’m comfortable with them.

You need to hit up online auctions for that area and skip the store. Old Kinderhook, Hudson Valley Auctioneers and The Benefit Shop have been great sources for me.

We love Dutchess County, NY. If you venture towards Millbrook again, try to visit Innisfree Gardens close by. It’s a strolling garden by a lake. It’s very Zen and being out in nature is so good for the spirit.

Wowza!! There are so many fabulous and interesting "hunts" in treasure findings outside of CT. Never mind if you have a lot of hauls or few hauls, but more importantly is your shopping in those places.

Lovely video. You are in my area, Millbrook. I know all those shops and other than Uncle Al’s thrift shop the prices are outrageous. But Millbrook prices in general are extremely high. But as you say fun to see different things.

Hello, Always a treat to watch your videos. I am amazed at how you fit it all in your house. I am guilty of that with antique tables, tiffany style lamps and figurines. I am aware that when I list my house- I will have to pack everything away as I don't want any prospective buyer to be swayed by my own specific decor. Sometimes I just sit in my living room and just look at it all and remember all the memories of where I purchased each piece- and I do remember each and every one. My 65th birthday is coming up in less than a month and I am looking for a day thrifting with my husband in CT or the surrounding towns. What can your viewers, and you of course, suggest as far as thrifting locations that are priced more reasonable than the Hudson Valley :)😳 for a day jaunt? I am thinking Middletown and The Steaming Tender thanks to your channel and your viewers. Any other suggestions? Thanks for your channel and the great responses by your viewers. Fondly, Cindy
