I'd say that since the eShop is closed there is therefore, no legitmate way to obtain eShop Exclusives without doing Piracy, but in this case, i'd say its no longer piracy, IT IS piracy if the game you're downloading is avaliable physically via second hand sources, if it can't be obtained secondhand/is an eshop exclusive, then downloading it should be allowed

So what I’m told here is if I want to still get to play my digitally bought games on my switch then by before the shop closes for switch I’m going to have to do illegal modifications just to get to play my digital games on it right? That sounds dumb but I’d do anything to get to still play my digital bought games but again I don’t see Nintendo closing the switches shop doors unless they make a whole new console with a different name
