The Wii U is also a great option to pick up digital versions of games where the physical copies are crazy expensive. I picked up Pandora’s Tower and Drill Dozer for this reason.
Seriously I don't own a Switch because I already have a WiiU and a PC so for me there is not really much of a point to buy a Switch... I got my Mario Kart 8, Metroid Prime Trilogy, Zelda, Paper Mario, Street Fighter 2 The new Challenger, Kirby 64 on WiiU... So I won't buy a new Nintendo Console until Nintendo brings out a new original modern Console with powerful Hardware and love worthy, creative Games...
That's an interesting take. Most people would think the Switch pretty much replaced the Wii U. One thing the Switch does have over the Wii U is that it's got better third party game support. But again, if you already have a PC why would you want to play something like Doon Eternal on the Switch? Nintendo hasn't been kind to it's older consoles and games
I had a similar reason for hesitating buying a Switch. It was only when I started to get more interested in the Nintendo Switch exclusive titles that I started to cave. I'm hype for Pikmin 4 to come out this summer!
I wished you would of mentioned, Affordable Space Adventure, it’s tablet friendly and a lot of people don’t know that, also Batman Arkham City is also tablet friendly and the shock fists are only available for the Wii U version which makes Batman a lot more stronger during fighting.
If you have Xenoblade Chronicles X (physically or digitally), don't forget to download the free DLC they added that enhances your experience of the game.
Well there is an on going series called Silver Falls. A told of 6-8 games on the 3DS, Wii U, and Switch. Created by 1 person (expect some errors) is amazing series with each game with its own unique playing style. You like Game Boy color? Got you Silver Falls Galaxy Bound Curse (GBC), you like adventure? We got you Silver Falls 3 Down Stars (3DS), you like old school atari stlye? We got you Silver Falls Undertakers. You like first person horror/ light gun mode? We got you Silver Falls White inside it's Umbra (W.I.I.U). This is a small portion of great games to pick up ASAP!! also Newly developed 2 in 1 games Silver Falls Gaiden DDD
I’ve been stressing and trying to track every good title is overwhelming. But now that’s it’s almost gone I’m not that worried. Emulation and hacking are options. Most games are physical but expensive. I snagged plenty of good titles so I think I’m set
A notable game on here is Earthbound Beginnings. It's currently the only way you can legally own a localized version of this game. Yes you can play it with Nintendo Switch Online, but what if you don't want to pay for Nintendo Switch Online? Something for people to consider... :)
3:18 cant handle the very faint ringing beeping blippy super high pitch noise throughout the video (part of ur music on vid i think)... I was skimming the video of course.. however it's far too noticeable and hurts my ears but because its also not constantly present in sections but I do notice it stop around 3:38 ... only to come back pestering me again seconds later >O< sry but i couldn't handle more than like 40 seconds of this video lol
That's all she wrote folks. The eShop has now been shut down.
It’s sad to think how good the Wii U could’ve been
Well it was good, it just never had a chance to be successful between the name and bad marketing
I feel like the Switch was the eventual successor to the Wii U, so in a way it didn't fail, just laid the groundwork for the next one
Affordable Space Adventures is a Wii U digital exclusive. I have not played but hear it is very good and uses the Wii U controller in a unique way!
Fatal Frame is on the new Gen consoles so it's fine to skip that unless you want to play it on the Wii U for a whole new unique way of playing it.
The Wii U is also a great option to pick up digital versions of games where the physical copies are crazy expensive. I picked up Pandora’s Tower and Drill Dozer for this reason.
The xenoblade on wii u is the best one

Resident Evil Revelations is a good one because it utilizes the gamepad well and it's also currently on sale.
Yar Har Fiddle Dee Dee being a pirate is all right with me 🏴☠️ “hint hint”
Poor wii u

Sorry about that. I'll make a note to keep the background music more quiet in videos
What was the game at 7:04?
ZombiU. It's been ported to other platforms and is just called Zombi on those platforms but it was really designed for the Wii U
@@the_new_challenger ooh nice! I do own it on the other platforms but will try to track it down on Wii U. Thanks!
I not have Wii U ?
Show me how to mod please boss
