I really wish folks would stop calling everything an "investment". There's a difference between an investment asset and a consumption item. Buying a gaming console isnt an investment, bro .
Bro. that’s your opinion and I don’t think I agree with you. But I respect your opinion but understand someone else might think otherwise. And if I may ask, what is an investment to you? Investment in my understanding is anything you put your money, time, or energy into with the expectation of getting a return or benefit in the future. And I t’s not just about financial gain; an investment can also improve your life, skills, or experiences. First off, these devices are not just gaming device to consume but it’s more. It’s a portable PC that lets you play top-tier games wherever you are. Think about it: you’re getting the power of a gaming desktop, but you can carry it around like a tablet. That’s not just cool; it’s super practical. And it doesn’t stop there. These things are versatile. Many of them can double as a mini workstation. So, instead of buying a separate laptop for work and a console for gaming, you’ve got one device that does it all. Over time, that saves you both money and space. And let’s talk longevity. Handheld gaming PCs often run on Windows, right? which means they’re compatible with a huge library of games and software. Plus, they’re easier to keep up-to-date compared to consoles like PS5 that might get outdated after a few years. Oh, and if you ever want to sell it, they tend to hold their value better, because they’re essentially portable PCs. So tell me, how is that not an investment? 🙃 I’ll like to hear your angle on this and of course if it’s reasonable, I’ll accept it.
@samsonunscripted This isnt an opinion piece, as the word "investment" has a meaning. But I understand that folks do have the right to ignore reality if they choose, such calling something that is self-evident an "opinion". Given your cognitive dissonance, that's my cue to know that the convo has run its course. I'll conclude here. You can have the last word ✌🏾
😂 wishing you all the best m8
Im wishing you all the best bruv.
for me it depend, i choice X1 because i can use that on my work with the large screen at the same time i can play AAA games with my free time and it easy to carry than a laptop thats why i choice X1
What kinda mic u got?
How is not having VRR? Screen tearing was too much for AAA gaming and returned mine...
I'VE HEARD THIS HAS FRAME PACING PROBLEM BECAUSE IT IS CAPPED AT 61HZ INSTEAD OF 60HZ IS THAT TRUE BECAUSE IF IT IS THATS TERRIBLE
This has been THE THING stopping me from jumping on the bandwagon. All my top picks spec-wise are Chinese made, and they all look like the ergonomics are just... off. The OnexPlayer 2 looked like it had better controllers, but it says they don't work with the X1...
I can’t play warhammer 40k without it crashing does anyone know how to fix it?
I can’t play warhammer 40k without it crashing does anyone know how to fix it?
I honestly think it came too late at too high a price. It’s using the last Gen AMD chip and it’s still not widely available in all markets (not in the US) Great video btw 👍🏽
Also the issue with the zotac is they haven’t released it in the USA yet and you have these newer handhelds coming out. At least to my knowledge cause I haven’t seen any beside one on eBay for $1000
Wish more consoles would have the symmetrical joystick layout similar to the steam deck over the offset design that most are producing. Its a subtle difference that really adds to the user experience IMO.
It's so cooked they already have a new one coming out at CES.
How do you know this is true?, all the developer has said is stronger hardware. Also things shown at CES usually takes many months before they are available for retail purchase. As an example, Legion GO wasn’t available until Oct 2023 and the Legion software was (and still is) terrible at release.
@@thetravlinman8111not op but they did say that they (Zotac) will reveal a new one for the upcoming ces 2025.
Hey, it would be awesome to see a video about bazzite on the zotac zone. Great channel man :)
The problem is store availability and price
The design of this device looks so bad
I just received mines few days ago, I seen all your pervious videos on this handle held am a fan of your channel!! Just a quick question do you still used the SDR instead of the HDR? I can’t used my HDR because it washed, I try the fix on their website but it still not good enough.
@@jwolokollie I only use the SDR. I just feel it’s good enough. Also tried the HDR setup but it seems washed out as well. Needs proper calibration but I don’t bother with that. But how’s your experience do far?))
@ my Experience is good so far is just the battery and the 16gb of ram sucks for me. But am getting the Claw AI plus in a few days that will be my main handle cuz of the battery and specs
It’s not underrated, it’s just overpriced
Agreed should be no more than 600
good luck w the channel my man. this lovely device seems way overlooked and if theres a revision with new chipset soon i'll be interested since ROG insist on lcd
A new model is rumored to be announced at CES 2025.
I am looking at ROG X and Legion GO. Still can't decide which one to go for.
I think the OneX Player X1 Mini would be better to compare against the Legion Go.
For me, I am devastated that it lacks an oculink port. It would be an instant-buy for me if it had one.
im very excited for the legion go 2 oled i want to see wat it can do plus leveno always sale their products at a fair price i already have a legion pro 5
The battery life is ass good console but battery life is poor the only downside
Nice video. I agree. The price point is awful. It is not a true handheld. You can't go wrong with switch, rog ally x , lenovo legion go, msi and total. I forgot steam deck oled . Make videos of all these handhelds
You're talking about a device you don't even have fool
@@littlebigmarc thanks very much. Real mature 🙂
I bought the Onexfly and I live in the US and I didn’t have to pay import tax. So maybe I’m lucky? lol idk. So far I love the F1 Pro. I do wish it had a 80w battery though, and maybe a finger print sensor. I don’t like having to touch the screen to log in.
@@adamheath2533 How much did you get it for?
Very excited about Legion Go 2 OLED. But i wish it would be 1080p instead of 2k resolution. Strix point is strong. But Not strong enough for 2k resolution. So you cant make 100% Use of the 2k screen. I Hope you know what i mean😂. Greetings from Germany 😊

Is the X1 Mini better for controller ergonomics?
It's the exact same controller for the X1 Mini :(
It’s the RAM. The RAM makes little to no difference in older games. If you are playing something released in 2021 or 22, little to no difference. But the difference in modern games, in the stuff released in the last 18 months or something & certainly anything released today is massive. Absolutely massive. You cannot compare that 32 gig device to that 16 gig device and run anything new. But I own a 32 gig Aya Neo slide that proves that the newest mobile chip technology from AMD isn’t worth the current asking price. I swear you can buy a 4k OLED laptop from Best Buy with this same chip as this newest one x fly for $1,800. If I was gonna do something astronomically insane I’d buy that laptop first. lool
If you get a 7,000 series amd chip device & run AMD motion frames 2 on it then it’ll really make the decision to buy that other device for 1,300+ look stupid. Once you are running that frame gen tech you probably don’t even need the extra RAM anymore.
@@edwardlashley3572exactly! On my ZOTAC zone with just 16gigs, I’m pretty much able to run any game. Now would it be great for it to have up to 32 gigs Ram? Of course! But if you think about it, how many new games do we have currently that would fully utilize 32gigs Ram? Just a handful. GTA V, RDR 2, Cyberpunk, Spiderman, and even the latest Black Myth Wukong can run on my 16gigs ZOTAC Zone flawlessly. These are just popular games I see people play. And most games on handheld strongly benefits from frame gen. And remember, the AI HX CPU is what is being focused on, but we all know that when it comes to gaming, the GPU is what really matter. Radeon 890m still can’t compare to an RTX GPU. You might say the 32Gigs RAM is to future proof the device, but does it really? What would have future proof the device would have been an Oculink Port, which the didn’t include. And guess what? They are about to release a new gaming device, which if I should guess will have an Oculink Port included but no Oled Display, or something else we would want. It’s just business.
Great video content. I was tempted to get this or the mini version, but I worried the controller would add issues.
Don't underestimate the design, look, and feel. Wars were fought over women. If you can sell an overpriced iPhone because of a smiling shit-Emoji, you can sell even a coffin-just call it “limited edition” and slap a logo on it. I have the F1 Pro 64 GB edition. It was around 2100 Euros total. Why? Because I'm a sucker for handhelds, got the cash and pretty badly wanted to run K3S on it, creating my own LLMs by extending Llama. Did you know you can stream Steam games to your handheld? This is one of the reasons why I opted for a handheld with an AMOLED 144Hz Display.
amazing vid, better than other I watched.
GPD started shipping their WIN 4 2025 model with exactly the same processor, back buttons, an oculink port, 32gb of ram, 1-2tb ssd , a slide out keyboard and an overall smaller footprint all for like 1128 Euro excluding tax ofc. If we are talking about this price range, the GPD WIN 4 is the better option by a longshot, the lack of features on the new onexfly f1 pro is just ridiculous for that price. And in my opinion the WIN 4 is by far the more impressive device, being able to fit all these features and processing power into the smallest handheld pc on the market is an incredible feat.
Does it still have a 60 hz no oled screen
@@Respectmyskill07yup. The only thing they did was throw in the new cpu and faster Ram.

The best handheld gaming device right now is in the market already. It’s called the ROG Ally X. It is the perfect combination of power, battery and reasonable pricing (on sale right now at Bestbuy).
