For me, it replaced both my laptop and my iPad Pro!!! The Legion Go is the most versatile handheld PC, regardless if there are gaming devices that have longer battery life, or higher RAM. This thing just works out of the box.
I watched 100s of reviews on the Legion Go. Alot of people complain about it draining fast when you realize you can't adjust the battery performance to fit every game. Also I think a good Power Bank could make this a portable machine at high wattages
Thank you for inspiring me to get a legion go, I got mine recently because of your past 3 videos, and it runs better than my pc, as long as you get accessories like a usb port, a portable charger and portable WiFi, then this thing is a beast, thank you for helping me get a legion go, you are one of the better ones who helped me decide what to get, I got the one terabyte version and this can handle everything, I couldn’t decide without you Also, I would decide this over a laptop because my usb adapter has an hdmi port so I can connect a monitor to it. Thanks
@@jonjon2015 I actually got a 512GB version, then upgraded it myself to 1TB. Works fantastic and cheaper👌😋 What do you think? Want me to do a video about that?🙂
A little suggestion about how i carry my legion go is.. i always seperated the joy stick from the screen its fit into smaller bag than the carrying case with screen on seperate compartment fro the joystick and charger…
Man, I would love to see a second generation of this come out with just a boosting battery life. I could see this replacing a surface pro type solution even for non-gamers or not hardcore gamers. I would love to see a third party offer some kind of keyboard for it. Like a foolio or something, although I don't know how that would work
I am using my Legion Go for everything for couple of months now. If I need graphics power, I just plugin 3070 in egpu enclosure. Limiting factors for me are 16GB of RAM and lack of Oculink, with those two resolved, it would be perfect device :-)
Ideally I would think that, when working or gaming at home, you'd dock it and have some external inputs and monitors. Battery life is what keeps me gaming on my Switch instead of buying a Legion Go, because I'd rather play my games at much lower fidelity for 10 hours than run a PC quality game for two. That being said, however, I like the idea of replacing my laptop, which has only left me desktop one time in the past two years, with a Go instead of a desktop, both for freeing up premium office space and the option of still being able to take it out and about if I were to go, say, visit friends or family whom I game with. Windows 11 is a big turn off, though, and I am kind of waiting to see if it will support the eventual release of SteamOS. I've been working for the past few months on leaving the Microsoft ecosystem as much as possible, and I don't want to buy a device that is going to tie me back into it. Great video. Thanks!
The Legion Go has no match! No oudated tech like the steam deck oled. No burn in jn issues with a small low res screen either. And of course no crippled compatibility and single usbc port either. 😂

I use it as a laptop replacement connecting to plc and remote access units. Less stuff to carry on flights.

Legion Go my man, it's just way more innovative.
