The LLGO was a game-changer for me, but I think its value depends on the use case. As a father of two, I needed a PC for both work and gaming. The detachable controllers are the main reason I chose the Go. It looks awkward docking a controller with a Screen on a docking station for a presentation, but if it looks like a tablet, no one cares. Plus, you can play games afterward. Having a handheld device is also more convenient as a dad because it allows me to game on the couch and keep an eye on my kids, rather than being tied to a tabletop gaming PC.

Dope Stuff man. I still believe as a person who owned the Rog Ally and then gotten the Legion Go. I still believe the Legion Go is still more versatile despite the bigger battery the Rog Ally X has. I and I made a video on the Legion Go vs the Rog Ally. Dope Video. I just subbed.
@deathshade777, that's not true ... Since the update, the Legion has been running games very well.. some people are just not tech savvy to deal with windows this is why they like steam deck
This is a good camparo video. The truth is that the Ally X is a better all-around system than the Go. BUT, I'm personally willing to sacrifice the Ally Xs' strengths in favor of that amazing 8.8" display that the Go is pushing. Besides, those strengths are not night and day differences, while that sweet, almost 9 inch display kind of is. Either way, you can't go wrong with either one.
Could you please recommend for long term using both for game and productivity(email,ms office). Which one do you preffer is that legion go or the ally x ?
@@Diaszurana I think I will prefer 8.8inch screen on the Lenovo even if its not OLED ... + if they put bigger battery on GO 2 and they keep the LCD screen they will beat ALLY X on battery life which is insta buy. HUGE SCREEN and huge battery

I love my Steam Deck, but I don't feel like I really need it anymore, so I need to just sell it. I loved the Ally, but IMO, the LeGo is better in spite of the Asus software being arguably better. I haven't used the Ally Z1x since I got the LeGo. I think the Ally X is the way to go if someone doesn't already have a handheld and doesn't mind the smaller screen, but from what I've seen the performance gains are marginal at best and miniscule. Not worth trading in or upgrading your existing device. I think The LeGo is absolutely portable enough. It's not a laptop. It's not a desktop. The screen is INCREDIBLE!!!! And the performance is absolutely on par with the Ally X considering that performance gains are miniscule. Not to mention that upscaling can make a lot of difference in some games. I almost forget I'm not playing at native resolution. Great video!
I have a legion go but picked up an Ally X last weekend, The screen on the LeGo is just too big for 800p. IMO 720p on the Ally X looks WAY better than 800p on the LeGo. Also, VRR is a game changer, You don't realize how nice it is until you have it.
