Sorry Curse, but saying Barrier Incovation is going to get nerfed, and then turning around and doing temporalis, cast on dodge, blink, is completely backwards, due to Jungroan having broken the game with that combo, its 1000% going to get obliterated soon.

actually i tried this build now for over a week now as my last hope for a working build in poe2, it works maybe on pc but on console i keep dying on like every 2nd map because i need to stay close to the mobs otherwise my comets will land on myself and without any proper defenses working in this game its not playable for me .... guess im done with this game now but still a good build

Love the build, kind of hard to sustain at level 52. (I have all 8 ascendancy points unlocked, got em at 21) The spell Eye of winter doesnt trigger the damage to self skill fast enough for me to get the procs for the comet. Any tips that would allow me to use it at such a low level or does it only shine once its high enough level to trigger just about every cast? Since you have such great recovery, could you try this setup if you have time? I found it just spams the crap out of comet, but I cannot survive long enough at 52 to see its full potential before i die to suicide. I want to know if your able to survive with this setup longer than me. (also would make you a complete and utter beast) Using Quad Cast on minion death setup (Each one has a comet attached to it) Using firewall and Raging Spirit, (if you use level 2 firewall and level 4 raging spirit combined with Fireflower amulet, the raging spirits were instantly dying over and over (with passive node that minions gain effect of amulet). However at my level 52 status I would suicide because it happened so frequently constantly. I am wondering if this is something that can be overcome by levels. I think if you tried this with your build it would be super useful. If you ever get bored of your setup and wanna try this, please let me know how that works out for you so I have something I can work my way up to.

I dont think this is a seolid recommendation. The adorned at 90div for a nowhere near perfect one just isnt very potent of a build upgrade to warrant the extreme cost for the average endgame player. Most dont have 100 divines to throw as something that on the paper is an upgrade but that isnt build defining or game changing really. Especially with this low of a showcase from your side, it does not make the case very strongly. In POE1 it is kind of the only source you can get for crit multi. Here not so much. The difference isnt a staggering 400%+ crit multi difference. You flat out recommending and making it sound like this is always the lategame pivot is NOT a good recommendation. This build does not respect the time and budget investment and you do not showcase something worthy and that can be called a solid return of said investment. While you are doing well, your statement that this is nearly the perfect minmaxed version I dont really agree. The build is nowhere near minmaxed. The cost of minmaxing it would unfortunately be extremely much higher, more than ten times the cost of this build so its simply not efficient to do. Even going this far with this build seems a little over the top. Especially when the stormweaver just does more damage. My cast on minion stormweaver simply does way more than my infernalist and monk triggercasters at the moment. I think you need to be concious about how your recommendations make it sound. Your average viewer struggles putting down the mechanics of this build due to not having budget and time to understand it yet you normalize spending 200 divines to try pivot to an exceedingly expensive endgame variant of a nische build likely to get hit by the usual trigger nerfs they always do.

What are your thoughts on dropping to 80% fire res and aiming for the full 4500 energy/3 comets per 20% HP+ES? I wonder if it's even possible to only trigger pyromantic pact once with lvl 32 comets, the mana cost might just be too high

Can I do this with some other skills? or Maybe the self cast version of some other skills?

Infernal flame deals 30% of ES and Life total? I thought it deals 100% of infernal flame as fire damage once filled, in your case 861. Edit: Nvm, I understand what you mean now that i swapped into barrier invocation, it the cost of the comets paid in infernal flames hence life. Seperate note, have you tried Atziri's Disdain? The pseudo protection from chaos seems extremely valuable on top on many useful affixes.

Can confirm transitioning into this build around 75-80 works okay. You'll obviously have less points to work with but it does fairly well. From my experience id recommend not undervaluing the nodes that increase mana cost, its hard to get them at lower levels like this but you need it to make eye of winter cost enough to proc infernal flame. Probably comet too as shown in the video. What ive been forced to do is run around spamming Hypothermia because its the highest cost spell i have lol. It works but its not ideal. Had to revisit this video to see where i may have gone wrong and im pretty sure it needs mana cost increase to function like this, at the earlier stages anyway. Cheers.

Hey, I'm struggling to get the loop going, could you help clarify where I'm going wrong? currently at 2683 life and 1992 ES (taking back 467 damage with 90% fire res) and I have 229% energy gain modifier. Supposedly, at 1500:3.29=456, meaning I'm taking 467 damage but I should get enough energy from taking 456 or more damage, however it's not working. Could it be because my comet is not high level enough (21 atm and costing 224 mana), so it doesn't cost enough infernal flame to fill the whole bar in one cast/echo? Much appreciated!

I’m also running low life with rise of the phoenix & the belt, although I’ve been trying very hard to scale flameblast & it’s just not going great. I thought if I could scale up the cast speed enough it would work really well but it’s not panning out. Currently have very high investment in dps in my tree + 6link flameblast & fully ascended but I just can’t zoom through tier15s. I have like 5400 eshield but when I take points out of dmg on the tree I really feel it. I just don’t feel like flameblast is good enough and it needing channeling on solar orb really hurts. I think when I’m home from visiting family I will be looking at other options unfortunately

Lower cast speed does have a downside to auto cast. If im not mistaken the cast speed of the skill affects the energy needed for coc.
