- This is how I plan to level my Mana Stacking Sorc when 1.1 launches! Glacier should provide us with plenty of flexibility to get to end game and farm up our mana pool to then test other builds.

Curse, do you have loot filter for leveling and endgame?
when you click on the build link, on the left hand side there is a button for the loot filter. simply hit the copy to clipboard option then create new filter in game and hit paste clipboard.

hell yeah, would be SO helpful. I am taking notes based on this, but a Filter that highlights these bases & items would be awesome.

Love the video, been testing a different sork build that was more endgame focused. The focus on Lesser Glacier is genius (I hope!). Love the simple leveling on this, totally realistic items too (I hate league start guides with very rare uniques). Would love to know what uniques I want to keep an eye out for tho, if you can! Wish I could playtest this now, especially the Ice Barrage, but we can wing it for league start! So hyped.
This worked well while leveling, just switched to Meteor at 60 once I got Archmage. Switching was a bit rough, but that's mostly because losing the levels on the skills temporarily. Thanks!

You can use maxroll sorcerer leveling filter for example. It should work fine.

Last time I leveled with Flame Rush and Frost (Flame converted) Wall. Damage was enough at first but started to be not enough later on. Then I added Volcanic Orb and it became a breeze again.
What about Mana Stack with volcanic orb metor not relying on metor for damage but rather mana regen from teleport?

You might of said this, or someone might have mentioned this but isn't there a mana / mana regen combo affix coming out in 1.1?

Hey thanks for the guide The Curse! Do you find that you can get through the story like this without worrying about mana too much? Ive seen some other build just use Mana Strike instead of Icicles for sustain during leveling, but im curious with your build, if you've found that your mana is pretty OK, and dont need to worry about something like mana strike while leveling?

Thanks for your great effort, however, sometimes the most efficient is not the most fun and glacier is one of those skills I don’t really like. Rushing through everything is also not my taste, sure if you want to race, play the fastest and most efficient way. I do not mind respecing so I will start with volcanic orb and respec into frost claw once I have enigma.
How is it supposed to be played?
Is this really the only decent leveling build? can't we spam desintegrate ray or is that too mana hungry ?
Disintegrate slows you down a lot because you have to stay in place to channel. You can certainly level with disintegrate, it's just slower.
Just curious... What's the reasoning for focusing on the middle explosion rather than the third? Faster damage? I really like your take on the leveling build and may try editing mine later.
There is no 3rd explosion if you use Lesser Glacier
ahh yeah. can't look at the tree rn, so I guess that's the node that reduces mana costs or something of that nature. I'mma have to try it out.
@@Donniecaison Yeah that's the one, it's so much better for levelling until you've got enough mana & regen. Sure you do less damage but you don't spend half your time out spamming mana strike and damage is more than enough anyway.

Glacier is the smoothest leveling but you can switch any time if you don't mind slowing down a bit. Optimally, I'd switch around at least 1500-2500 mana.
