    He needs to check the dada on the amygdalin. I learned that the amygdalin only releases the cyanide when it comes in contact with the enzymes on the outside of a cancer cell. The cyanide is instantly released and the cell is destroyed.

    yeah, but have you ever tasted raw pistachio or raw cashew?! I absolutely understand why the raw food fad disappeared so fast and yeah, the stupid poo-poo-ing of macadamia nuts is total BS. as if pistachio and almonds don't just as soften come processed and roasted and "don't consume pine nuts because they're expensive"?!?!! how is that a health issue? the worst issue with pine nuts is that most european descendants are allergic to them to some degree, all the way from rashes and breathing problems to mild bad digestion and depression. as for chestnuts having a high GI - that's pure wrong! they are considered to have low GI =54, but that is nearly 4 times as much as walnut and almonds. anyway, I found that the GI is the latest health hoax: I have LADA diabetes (an autoimmune type) and my dad has type 2. We've tried a variety of vegetables, fruits and nuts for their GI and most don't behave as their GI predict. best way to eat healthy is to pay attention to how your own body reacts to foods, and avoid those who give you gases, heartburn, indigestion and any and all kinds of discomfort. of course that the more processed the food the more health problems it will cause in the long run. and of course, since the best way to get people off highly processed foods is too stop producing them, everyone goes about the wrong way. because the money that comes from processing foods controls politics to some extent, maybe as much as petrol, arms and tobacco industries, stop processing food will never happen.

    So, macadamia are GREAT as they are high calorie, why do people insist on painting calories as negative, as for putting on weight, again it depends on whether you want to or not, everyone assumes people are obsessed with losing it while some of us would love to pile it on.

    Sesame seeds? Or sunflower seeds? Both of these have a good name for their benefits….. so it Would have been nice if these were included in this video. Otherwise, well done. Thank you! ps: poppy seed paste is used in many south Asian dishes. Have grown up eating such dishes with NO negative effects. Maybe making them into a paste brings some sort of transformation/ processing which helps in digesting poppy seed paste as compared to the seeds intact.

    Funny, just watched a video saying how, too many almonds are bad for you, as they are extremely high in oxalates. It was video where a Canadian lady caused herself irreparable kidney damage eating cashews in high numbers. The doctors comment was 'it was a good job it wasn't almonds' as they are much higher in oxalates. Is anything safe.

    Your take on macadamia nuts and peanuts is nonsensical. There has never been research that shows fat in the diet is detrimental (except maybe by Ancel Keys and his fraudulent friends). And peanuts, the best there is: you condemn them bc they are contaminated by glyphosate which is applied to the fields they grow with cotton, which needs the glyphosate. So the problem with allergy is an issue of allowing glyphosate spraying. Countries which have banned roundup experience no allergy issues in their peanuts. Peanuts are the reason the peanut farmer President is still alive at over 100 years old. Good stuff.
