    Unfortunately, low fat or fat free yoghurt often has added sugars... So read the labels...but low fat milk works well... 👍👍

    It's day 40.i don't eat any junk foods, sugar or anything contain sugar. I do 25 minute of aerobic exercises. But i haven't noticed any results. Why's that. How long it will take to see results im 70 kg

      I found cutting ALL carbs including sugar and foods containing sugars like baked goods and drinks containing sugar, except for those found in vegetables and fruits... limit bananas and grapes... A palm size protein per day... He included eggs once or twice per week... Worked wonders... My husband was 82 kg and dropped to 72 in a few months... About 4 months... It was a slow steady process... And it stayed off...
