    If u probably lowered the weight like 25 pounds you probably woulda had better form and less swinging... . The reverse curls was the best form you shown. But who am i to talk. Your physique looks better then mines by far

    Aren't you supposed to control the up movement? I'm no expert but it seems like it would be a better workout if you slowed down the movements especially the upwards jerk. Again I'm not an expert or I wouldn't be watching yt guides

    It's my first day of my work and we have this one. Shit is somehow accurate tho. I mean, may body fat % doesn't say it's low when I know it's somehow 18%, cause the fat goes to my legs and lower abs 😂

    Your caster assemblies have a L-bracket, which you could easily deform with your hands. When you load the front posts, the L-brackets will bend (easily) and you will damage your wall/mounts, because you floated the front posts by an inch.

    So do the legs just drag on the floor if it’s set up touching the ground? I thought maybe the legs/poles would move up or down a bit so that they wouldn’t scrape/drag on the ground when folding in and out

      If the weight is even but it feels uneven, You have a muscle inbalance meaning one arm is stronger than the other.

    quick question, tip #1 was to attach the rack to the 2X6? you bolt the rack to the board and after you bolt the 6 screws to the wall. Did I get it correctly? thanks for the tips.very helpful.

    epic fail bro. all the vertical load on your rack is being transferred into your wall because you installed the rack too high. the wheels are unnecessary. you either need to lower your rack so the feet are on the ground and transferring load to the ground, or you need to installs SHIMS under the feet. tile not the best choice.

    I agree, quest rocks! Try putting Lenny and Larry in the microwave for 10-15 sec, takes away the grainy protein.

    There was way too much swinging and swaying in that first set. Lower the weight by 20lbs. and keep your form intact.

      2 be fair u can still get gains with bad form, but it’ll probably work out unintended areas maybe cause injury but some work better than none lol

      Nothing wrong with slight swinging. We are meant to move like humans with some natural sway, not like robots. Keep the weight heavy enough to challenge you... No point sacrificing weight stimulus to maintain an unnatural form. Lift big, get big

    Thank for the review. Did the rack come with the wheel? Also is all of your weight sitting on the wheels? Ive seen Ethos have some sort of lockers that seem more stable than the titan Please let me know.
