@@donnysayslift chicken tender and green bean and sometime fish and for cardio I ran 20mins three time a week. Is there a better method on losing belly fat. I use to weight 170 and now I’m at 160

@@donnysayslift yes exactly. April 2020 my weight was 90kg and now 75kg. I reduce my eating. Do almost daily exercise at home for2 hours with Bench press, dumbbell, push-up, pull-up etc. I gain my muscles but still not so visible as other. I don't want to be heavy muscular body. Not skinny but moderate looks with proper shape when dressed up. Daily 30g of protein shake with Bcca together from optimum nutrition and 3 g of creatine. Food.... Average quality.
Is there any way to increase my height bro... I am 23 now... 5'3"
