nice job. Can I contact you? I need some advice regarding an Airbnb I rented from a woman who has several she leases from buildings and puts them on Airbnb. None of her units are registered. I've paid her 10.5 grand for the first three months. Three weeks in I learned the woman is being evicted. The woman turns out to have several spy cameras hidden in smoke detectors in the bedroom, living room, and bathroom. I've learned the building owners are in cahoots with the woman. Airbnb does nothing to help despite no registration numbers on the woman's listings on Airbnb. This is in Los Angeles. The Korean Mafia owns the building. I've been receiving death threats. The woman had a thug pretending to be police pounding on my door screaming LAPD. The woman was attempting to force her way in to remove hidden cameras. The police documented all of this. But they do nothing to help. Please let me know best way to reach you. Thank you.

Thanks very informative. Are there any restrictions on maximum days for short term rentals in your City? I just can't see anyone can operate short term rentals (less than 30 days) in the City of Los Angeles.

They aren’t strict enough. All these air bnbs. People could live in those houses. It’s one of the problems causing housing prices to be unaffordable. Hope they collapse. Then maybe families could move in.

Ok, I have 3 and have always done great with them until recently, lately it seems like everyone has to have a problem with something, if there is no problem they make one up. But I’m going to add those lil value items like soaps and snacks. I’ve been fixing every single thing that someone doesn’t like, even if I think it’s ridiculous, just trying to figure out wtf the problem is. My houses are professionally designed and impeccably clean, cost less than half of our only hotel in town. I just don’t get it.

I constantly refer back to your video thank you for this! It doesn’t say on the Airbnb website but I’ve seen in other posts you have to have lived in your primary residence for 6 months before listing. Do you know any info on that?
