Hey Jeffrey. Great job. How long does this process usually take? Your place looks great. I like the vaulted ceiling and your quartz countertop and backsplash, a lot more practical than tile backsplash. I noticed that you didn't have a dryer, does your machine do both washing and drying? How much are you charging per night now? thank you for sharing.
Hey Tim. It usually takes me about 4-5 hours. This clean took a bit longer because the guest wasn’t as clean and there was some random maintenance stuff I had to do like replace batteries and filters. Yes, my machine does both washing and drying. Right now we’re charging between $120-175 per night.
one more question please. You have such beautiful floors. Do you mind sharing what material they are, vinyl, pargo, etc.. Also, if you remember where you purchased them... Thank you.
Thank you. They are vinyl. I purchased them at a kitchen cabinet store called top king in Norwalk. It was only like $2 per sqft when I bought it although the price has probably gone up a bit now.
Very nice place. Are there any cleaning supplies there if he wanted to clean up a bit during longer stays. Have you ever gone in after a guess has left and been shocked by how messy it was or even how clean someone left it? TFS
Yes, I do leave cleaning supplies in there. I don’t explicitly tell guests where the cleaning supplies are because I don’t want them to be compelled to clean unless they absolutely want to. No, I haven’t been absolutely shocked about the mess. The video here shows about the messiest it would get.
Wow I love how you clean up the place . Makes me want to clean my house . Really good video
Haha thanks!
One of the best videos. We have just opened our Airbnb and I follow your advice and it works like magic. Thx
Hey man it’s Marc from goodwill! I didn’t think your back house was this freaking nice!!! Loved the cleaning video. Kinda relaxing hah.

That wasn’t that dirty or messy for over 3 months.
It absolutely was disgusting! It’s as if he only cleaned once in three months (and never cleaned the toilet!)
