Of course the tower shield is bad for parry, isn't made for that, in group setup i was able to withstand many attacks before had a break, after i learned to parry, yeah, not really useful.. Im not sure also you meant the spears and polearms in the same group, but on my last playthrough i went only for the polearms, i had a blast.

I just hate that the mountains just have 4 different looking wolf mobs (wolf, ulv, cultist, warewolf) I feel like that was lame to just make every mob a variation of wolves when there could have been others. My opinion.

I really hope for a more retroactive progression to be added cause some classes, if i can even use this word for valheim, are completely unaccessible until much later, which honestly make the multiplayer experience feel stunted. Like some early, weaker forms of magic, new fist weapons for the early game, bronze battle axes and two handed swords etc.

If you knock down nirmal trees then ram them into oak and birch trees you can get fine wood that way. I figured this out day 1 and have been using it every playthrough. Early furniture is awsome

I find lava blobs helpful when gathering resources like grausten because mining in Ashlands is dangerous enough.

I am not a speed runner, but basic math tells me that 100% stamina regen for 10+ minutes beats the 20 secs you pay for it. The only case I can see made is if you go to sleep after your rested effect wears off instead.

Sometimes you gotta just let your stuff sit for a while till you can go back safely.

If you sprint to half way empty, then let it regen before doing it again, you will be sprinting for the same amount of time as if you sprint to empty before you let your stamina regen because it will take longer before it's full. That way you still move quickly but you never run into anything with less than half stamina (this is true for nearly every game with a sprint/stamina feature).

Fighting ymir in the last biom could be a possibility and also I hope they bring a rideable dragon/fyler mount as a reward for completing the game like the elytra in minecraft which isn't a mount but a wing.

Sorry, they are well designed, no where close to best designed in all of gaming. I love Valhiem, but no, that is false calling them close to best designed.

Sadly I'm a beast of habit and the second I got the Fenris armor I didn't go back. I'm a heavy melee/bow guy so it fits me well.

Imo drakes are the worst mobs in valheim, their screaming sound is annoying, they deal close to 0 damage, are annoying to kill cuz unless you are good with bows you're gonna have to wait for them to charge at you for the 2nd time to kill, and while you're mining silver they come to you every minute so you can't reat

I really really hope they don't give up on the game entirely after 1.0. I have gotten so many hours out of this game I would gladly pay them more money. I would love to see a paid expansion that allows for the travel to some of the other realms through the roots of the tree. It could have a brand new map and allow players to start fresh characters there as well with lots of the older gear being obsolete. I know the devs are burnt on this game but it is honestly a work of art and it would be a absolute shame for nothing new to never come from this franchise.

When the Ashlands was in Beta, the Asksvin was the worst mob ever introduced to the game (I still dislike them). Their design is bland, they could sense you from seemingly 20 miles away, they would sprint at you when only "sensing" you (they don't even have to be alerted), their attacks are awfully telegraphed (bad sound and visual queues), and their bite hitbox seemed to reach 30 metres forward. Not to mention, YOU COULDN'T EVEN RIDE ON THE LAVA WITH THEM. Also I think the Morgen is cute, the way it jumps around.
