Accidentally breaking the platform you are standing on with a hammer. Jumping into water when you know there's an archer. Standing too close to the cooking stations. Forgetting poison resistance meads when in the Swamp. Embarking on a journey without bringing portal materials. Accidentally dodge-rolling off a cliff. Breaking a boat but consuming all your stamina. Not getting rested. Parkouring with little stamina. Provoking an entire Fuling village. Not being able to pick up corpse due to having picked up items along the way.
2:55 Yeah, nothing better than logging on the server and finding your base rolled by trolls while your buddy stands in his house afk. He had to do 6 hours of searching until he found a new 2 star boar.

Somehow managed to do it, three times. (because we wanted puppies and one wolf got pancaked by a troll on the way back to base.) We eventually had ourselves a good sized wolf pack that got completely wiped by poison blobs during a swamp invasion a few sessions later. I don't tame wolves anymore...
I'm way too paranoid about dying at sea, so you'll never catch me in the open ocean without triple food, rested buff, and portal mats with an unconnected one ready at the base in case I need to make an unexpected stop or discover somewhere I want to leave a portal. I didn't realize that grave stones float, so I developed paranoid habits that turned out to be pretty good ideas a few times.
My dumbest valheim death was getting into a fight while i ate no food, surviving with 1hp and dying from jumping off my stairs on my way to my kitchen area which usually deals 1 damage...
My version of that was running back home after saving all my newbie friends from a troll and jumping (because we were just traveling, ya know) along the path which was just sloped enough to take my last few HP...
I've got probably a thousand hours into this game and a lot of the deaths you mentioned are mostly new player problems, things you have an issue with maybe once or a few times. True some are kinds dumb but like trolls or mosquitoes, first few times playing yes, dangerous, later on nope. There's one thing you didn't mention (kinda) which is the main way I still die and it's dying while building. Cause you skip the food and you skip the scaffolding and just do dumb jumps way too high up and now and then fail. Be safe while building people
I did almost die by deer. I was running along a large rock on the edge of a mountain. And a deer tripped me up and pushed me off the rock. I took fall damage. Did not die but came close to it.

My gaming group deliberately sailed to the edge of the world, and on our 1000th game day, we went over the edge of the world. We felt it was an appropriate milestone.
My tiny little float can totally make it across that big section of ocean, the weather is lovely! Then gets caught in a storm and the float disintegrate just out of reach of land. I never learn.
For every new world, at least one copper vein will get me. I dig them out and try to get them to break at once, but especially in the forest there's almost always a merged tree or rock that keeps it supported. That's where the hunt for the offending segment begins.
@@SpazzyjonesGaming I have to climb up on top. When I find the right spot the whole thing collapses into the pit I dug around it. With me on top. Those pits are deep!
Who doesn't have three slots of food on them constantly. Also you're telling me that some people don't religiously repair all of their gear every time they go back to their bass????
Not clearing the tar pit near the Fuling village before assaulting it (getting tarred makes you super weak to fire and there are fire mage goblins in the villages) and/or Having Root armor on when going into a Fuling village
Dying from not being able to run after picking up your stuff. After dying to a boss you can just respawn and pick up all your stuff right? Well, there is usually a lot of loose stone around to pick up and once your death run buff expires you're encumbered and won't be able to doge the bosses attack...
the portal one is very avoidable, when placing it you'll see one that side is has black markings on it, that is always the side you'll come out of. just keep that in mind when placing it and you'll be just fine :)
Not thinking and thus not eating and running into any biome beyond black forest. You can maybe survive the first hit in black forest (and of course meadows)and be able to save yourself, but not really anyplace else.

Yesterday, i started a new character,since my other is in ashlands, and i had 2 hit points left, and a gray dwarf got one hell of a lucky throw with a rock and beaned me in the head and killed me
I feel sorry for you then bub I went into the black Forest first thing and walked out alive just a bow and a torch. First time playing was told I needed troll leather to deal with them directly got one went back. Then got the stuff from the medows to upgrade. Devil may cry originals experience honestly helped a lot.

My Dad sailed off the map before lol And the Dumbest way I've died? Well I like using berserker axes secondary attack to launch myself off the long stars of our house into the water. Unfortunately, one time I forgot to equip my feather cape, so I kinda died lol... I think I'm the first for that death.
Oh!! I recently did that! Was used to the feather cape in one of my worlds, but forgot I didn't have it in another world, and jumped from a height in the mistlands and went splat. Thankfully I had just enough health to survive, but it left me very vulnerable because I'd forgotten to take any meads with me
What sound effect did you use with the deaths? It sounded like a clap. I think the video would have been funnier with a different sound. You didn't mention the catapult legs, which do very nasty damage. I've died to that one. I'm not sure what my dumbest death is. probably having had the feather cape for ages, switching to the asksvin cape and then after sleeping, charging downstairs and flying over some steps at high speed to then pancake on the ground below.
