Coming from Christchurch,New Zealand I'll give you a little earthquake tip, the tank will topple over and smash well before the house collapses in a decent size earthquake. Best to secure it to the wall in some form.
Amazing how a little change with the glass pipes made such a big difference. That tank is looking awesome, make sure to take a bunch of pictures now that you have the tank in such beautiful shape.
I was waiting for you to do this for awhile now . You have benn wanting a set of glass pipes for a long time now and one of your followers kindly sent and gifted you a set a long while ago ,,, Its good to see you put them to good use at last ...Nice one ..
It looks amazing. Love the style of the tank and the ADA Lilly pipes look really good. I agree about the stand, I’d be scared the whole time that it was going to fall
As always Ryo another great show I keep forgetting you work at Aqua review that has to be the coolest job you've ever had have a great weekend and as always thank you for sharing your day with us
Nice! Congratulations... The aquarium is looking amazing I definitely wouldn't redo it yet! I love all your fish!. And I love the rice fish.. they really look nice! Thanks for sharing!!👍♥️🌱🐟🌿🙏
I recommend getting a Pineapple male sword or Koi Swordtail with those Ember tetras. I have the same setup and the bigger fish make them school. They also are peaceful and leave the little ones alone.
Another great video my man! What a difference those lilly pipes made! Had been a long long time coming. Great to see you have a part time job at your LFS, i was wondering what you do for a living :) Keep it up dude !
Nice add to the tank, you should try the VIV brand, they cost a fraction than the ADA, in fact you could do a comparison video!! And also, nice tank! Keep Scaping!!
Just wondering Ryo, why do most people put the lily pipes at the front of the aquarium. I thought it would be better to have them at the back of the aquarium making them even harder to see.
Nice video. And i see you use ADA hoses as well. You cant deny that hoses transparency... Love the fish used on the main display at the store (the one featured on the magazine). I might like then even better then amber tetras but usually they dont come that red do they? Are they just regular tetra serpae??
I love your planted tank! The tanks at the store are just incredible! Did you scape any of them? ADA makes great products. They are pricey for me but you are working at a store so I am sure you get a little discount on them. That is cool. I do love all their products though and they are made of quality materials. Have you ever been to their facility before? It must be amazing to see in person.
I want to get into the plant life but I just found out that after about a year and a half you must completely change the substrate because it loses nutrients. That sounds a bit much to me but I’m still interested. Probably why it seems like a majority of people like the smaller tanks. Anyways keep up the great vids. ✌🏽
Ryo i have a pond about 50 gallons i was wondering what kind of filtration or air pump i need to use? Like for example how many sponge filters do i need or may be a hang on back and a sponge filter??? So confusing please leave some recommendations down below. And also do i need a heater in my pond??? I am from Malaysia. I learned something today about lily pipes. Love your vids.
Hi, next time you are able to go to that store could you please ask the owner how he set up that lily pipe so that it's angeled up. I have the same ada lily pipe but it doesn't remain in place because my tubing bends and moves it
You finally got those pipes! I think this scape would benefit a lot from a pink or red plant, perhaps some Alternanthera or a couple stems of Rotala would tie it all in!
@@RyoWatanabee Having to remove stems is the absolute worst, I can agree with you there. maybe you can add some stems of Alternanthera in the midground or find a space for a Cryptocoryne!
Hello Ryo, I would like to know what you do for aeration in the aquarium.I can see your airstone but do you have it turned on for the whole day or only when you have your lights off(approximately like 16 hours a day if your light is on for 8 hours). Also doesn't pumping in too much air inside the water displace the co2 in the water causing massive increase in pH, even though ADA amazonia can buffer it a bit
Congrats, it's look really good ! :) I'm curious... How expensive are these Lily Pipe in Japan, the home country of ADA ? Because in Europe, these two pieces costs around 90€ and 110€, that is a really high price. I wonder how much the shipping cost to Europe influence the price here.
Bro it looks very nice Pls help me what type of Co2 refused you're using. It's attached in filter house itself it's workers nice I think Pls do me the favor Thanks, Kalyan(India)
Honestly the lily pipes make the tank look soo clean it’s way better than the previous ones. Also I’m sending anti-earthquake vibes to japan soo your house and tank stay in shape 🙏🏼🙏🏼 LOL
Sorry to say this but at 6:00, that's not pearling. That's a gas release from a damaged plant. Either a fish nipped at it or it got nicked during trimming causing a quick release of built-up gas. Pearling is usually a lot slower with larger sized bubbles coming from all over the plant, not a steady stream from 1 specific point. I'm not saying your tank is not doing good, just that it's a common misconception. If someone can proof me wrong I'd welcome it, because that means I've got pearling especially every time I trim my plants lol.
Ryo, can you tell me is the ADA brand expensive for typical Japanese guy ? In Europe ADA is very expensive, for example: You can buy even 3xinflow and 3xoutflow pipes (other brands) in the same price like ADA. I know that ADA is a Top quality ( I've got some products). I'm just curious because people in europe say: ADA isn't expensive for Japanese people.
ADA!!!! Sponsor this dude already!

Californian checking in to agree. My childhood tank was destroyed in the 94 earthquake. It was sad. 😔
Amazing how a little change with the glass pipes made such a big difference. That tank is looking awesome, make sure to take a bunch of pictures now that you have the tank in such beautiful shape.
Thank you. I definitely will :)
Dang that looks really nice, I am very impressed with your tanks and knowledge of fish keeping and aquascaping 😁

It takes a lot of work to make it look nice, but if it's done properly, the effect is amazing. Very good job. Greetings from Poland.

That’s not true that you have to completely change it out. You can add nutrients back into the soil by adding root tabs
Ricefish are beautiful!!
Tank looks greattt
Thanks 😊
Ryo the tank looks amazing !!!
Mosquito in the back "Look at the aquascape, SUGOİ"
Love your work❤️maybe you can hide that air stone behind the scape🤔?
I wish i have that aquarium and a aqua scape just like you.
Watching from the Philippines zamboanga city ..more video to come idol 🙏🙏🙏
That is what i’m waiting for 😍
Get longer clear tube for the air stone and position it behind the Island . Then you won't need a new air stone .👍
Sending love from the Philippines Ryo :)
I think your plants look really great. Why do you cut them now??? I would have waited, because it looks to great!!!
Ada aesthetics are top

Thanks Bryson. I’d have to remove the current background plants though as there isn’t much space for more plants 🌱😅

unso.fish.ticated I’ve got crypts in this tank already 😏 I just haven’t shown it off that much

I was wondering what the name of your clear glasses air stone? I would like to buy one along with the lily pipes.
Is that a mudmaster I see big fan, the scape is coming along nicely
Yup, that’s right 👍
Congrats, it's look really good ! :)
I'm curious... How expensive are these Lily Pipe in Japan, the home country of ADA ? Because in Europe, these two pieces costs around 90€ and 110€, that is a really high price. I wonder how much the shipping cost to Europe influence the price here.
In the US its $120 - $150 for each piece

amazing setups! Is it possible to put the intake on the right side of the tank and the outtake on the left?
Yep, that’s possible but not the most efficient
@@RyoWatanabee thank you!
You got a really big filter for a small tank. How do you control the water flow?
so you dont use any air stones or sponge filters ? just the tetra canister filter? how does just the tetra filter provide oxygen to the tank?
Honestly the lily pipes make the tank look soo clean it’s way better than the previous ones. Also I’m sending anti-earthquake vibes to japan soo your house and tank stay in shape 🙏🏼🙏🏼 LOL
Ha! I'm from the small German village where Tetra is located. Funny how their products can be seen all over the world
I just replace the ADA lily pipe also so nice
Fyi your tank looks amazing 😉
when the tube cools it tighten around your pipe or you can rise breaking your expensive pipes.
Woow so cool
What is the brand of clear air stone that you use? I would like to get one.
Also, love your videos!
Gabriel Vasquez looks like a twin star/aquario
Lookin great!
Thank you Chris 😊
What size Is your aquarium of minute 8:20? Is amazing ❤
@ 11:07 : Where did you get this slimmer? I love it and want one also.
No sé qué dijo pero... Excelente amigo 👌

You are so lucky I want to buy an ada thermometer, but in my country it is expensive 😔
The hygro is so smoking..! I tried growing it before and I am actually looking at a regulator to run co2.
You should use a cabinet stand so you cannot see the filter and things
Your tank is looking great. Can you keep Japanese rice fish in doors?
Yes ua-cam.com/video/QznN-r5Gokg/v-deo.html
Quisiera que en mi cuidad hayan tiendas de acuarios plantados como los de tus videos:(
Maybe put the mini pond on the bottom part of the stand
Love the @kampkenan shirt :D
