The Conspiracy here is the Defense went ALONG with this huge problem. The State's own VIDEO showed the killer walking right past the door and straight into the bushes. Their video also shows 30 minutes of what I would call STALLING behavior as their calls to German went unanswered and they were not sure he was even home. Once confirmed he then enters Bronze circle and lies in wait. Another boner the State covers with all this talk about added penalties for lying in wait. Sorry this issue alone is massive reasonable doubt. If they had the phone records pointing to Telles you for dang sure they would have presented it. They do not even TRY to explain the problems the video shows. they can't.
When he was asked if evidence was planted, he constantly replied with "certainly anything is possible". I really wanted the prosecutor to ask "so its possible you killed him, right?" 😅 I agree it was infuriating, he probably thinks he handled it perfectly but the jury was likely as agitated as we are!
They should have blurred out the pigeon in the photo of the grey cars!.. she is completely innocent, and was just in the wrong place at the wrong time!
That's probably why the Wife framed him. But not to fret if true, since he's one of those dirty WMs he deserves to go to jail for life anyway. They all do cept maybe Johnny Deep and Brad Pitt.
Just to get rid of him, the people who worked under him ALL got together and promoted a fellow co-worker to run against him in the Election for The Public Administration office, or what it was called. And that person Won even though she never planned I’m runny for Publix office!
What makes perfect sense to a criminal mind, is nonsense to everyone else. 😳 Straw hat... Orange top... Meandors on the sidewalk... Returns to victim's home... Same truck as suspect... Who was angry at the victim... Is this all a coincidence? 🧐🧐
If you asked this guy if he was convicted of murder, he'd say "A man who referred to himself as a judge may have said something to that respect. He claimed a jury found me guilty. I was not a winess to any supposed jury deliberations, so I cannot confirm that one way or the other."
Why is it so hard for you to even entertain he maybe telling the Truth? I mean the State goes on for days about Telles "turning OFF his phone" as if that is yet another slam-dunk sign HE DID IT. Truth was his PHONE was on the whole time. Not evidence he did or didn't do it but it is evidence the State is LYING about their own exhibits. Doing so with a Defense team sitting on their hands. Telles on 9-2-2022 looks like a Man in need of a vacation. He is tried, frustrated and alone. He decides to take a long walk and then spend the rest of his day at the GYM. Not wanting a darn thing to do with his phone or his crumbling life.
I've seen a lot of people talk about how weird he seems, that's actually common with murderers. I forget the term but when someone steps out the bounds of morality they actually do start acting differently. It's kind of fascinating.
You’re right, also they are missing part of the common electro system in the conscious so he’s like kinda clueless on how much trouble he is in like you or me we would be so upset it would be very noticeable etc. Like the guy who climbs that mountain with very little fear he’s missing that fear n his brain we must have.
Oh I’m sure they believe him. They were probably brainwashed by him their whole lives. Wonder what his wife thinks? Ha she probably brainwashed too this definitely wasn’t the first time he cheated on her. He didn’t want to be ousted so he thought murder was smart & would work! 😂 deny, distract & divert this is what they think works.

Ya why did he dress like that? A complete clown 🤡 I wish WISH we would know but that’s not ever happening cuz then Robert would have to tell the truth. I die to know the thought process to wear orange and that hat 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 like…. WHY??!!?
His kids might believe such nonsense. They're present.
@@Shynestarlight2013he's dressed like a migrant worker. He wanted people to think killer was Mexican or something.
Oh man … his comments on how the murder was so precise and well executed it HAD to be the work of a professional assassin. 😅
Even if this guy truly was 'framed', he will still burn for this murder. All evidence points to him and he has 0 evidence of a conspiracy against him.
What is even more amazing is that all the stuff was found in his garage. He has the same walk as the killer!
@@jennyswift777and dna.
Which means, he's guilty.
The rims are different
Excellent point
I love how he starts off by disrespecting him by correctly stating his name and then asking for affirmation. Power move
For anyone curious, Telles was found guilty on August 29, 2024 and sentenced to life in prison. RIP Mr. German.
this lawyer was the funniest part of the whole case 😂 he just seemed so fed up. He’s like sir you already know this is you, why you playing games. He’s hilarious
"By your logic"---this guy has no logic!
That’s the point ‘by your logic.’ 😂
Yeah, sounds logic!
@@Enoughalready20237 your logic comments is logic too. The comment section is full of logic because he’s GUILTY ty
He's done. There are too many lies. imo. The way he sits and looks at jury is creepy to me
He is infuriating! Where is the evidence that everything was planted? Any defendant could say that.
Exactly. Imagine if abductors and serial killers were like 'i don't know how that fingerprint/DNA, hair follicle got to that crime scene'.
It worked for OJ
The Conspiracy here is the Defense went ALONG with this huge problem. The State's own VIDEO showed the killer walking right past the door and straight into the bushes. Their video also shows 30 minutes of what I would call STALLING behavior as their calls to German went unanswered and they were not sure he was even home. Once confirmed he then enters Bronze circle and lies in wait. Another boner the State covers with all this talk about added penalties for lying in wait.
Sorry this issue alone is massive reasonable doubt. If they had the phone records pointing to Telles you for dang sure they would have presented it. They do not even TRY to explain the problems the video shows. they can't.
@@jamaalcurry8990
Sometimes they do, lol!
😂😂😂
Can’t imagine living with this guy everyday he’s nuts
💯
That's probably why the Wife framed him. But not to fret if true, since he's one of those dirty WMs he deserves to go to jail for life anyway. They all do cept maybe Johnny Deep and Brad Pitt.
The EGO on this guy is unimaginable
Just to get rid of him, the people who worked under him ALL got together and promoted a fellow co-worker to run against him in the Election for The Public Administration office, or what it was called. And that person Won even though she never planned
I’m runny for Publix office!
What makes perfect sense to a criminal mind, is nonsense to everyone else. 😳

After jail time he’s very pale … as some have commented “He looks like a boiled thumb.” “Worm” works… slithering & slimy.

Soooo....this is not how an innocent guy who was framed sounds. This is the sound of a man who is simply trying to avoid his crimes being proven.
Wow you should be a detective Sherlock
If you asked this guy if he was convicted of murder, he'd say "A man who referred to himself as a judge may have said something to that respect. He claimed a jury found me guilty. I was not a winess to any supposed jury deliberations, so I cannot confirm that one way or the other."
Are you in on it? 😂😂😂
This man takes no accountability and has an answer to everything.
Pathological lying, looks like a habit
He looks like that mouse with the big head named Brain from Pinky and the Brain
Bahahahaha!!!!

This prosecutor fella may be on to something.
No sheet.....
Lol
This guy is so guilty.
The absolute best part is at 51:50..."right...because of the conspiracy?".😂😂😂
BRUH HE ATE THAT FOR ME!!!
“I’m the victim” classic narcissist statement the hallmark of the narcissist.. prosecutor cracks me up 😂
I bet his children were disappointed and embarrassed to have him as a father if they were in court or see this video.
I don't think Telly has any kids
They may be relieved that he’s behind bars. He gives off MAJOR abusive dad/husband vibes
How in the world did this guy ever get elected in the first place??
Vegas is weird.
It’s not what you know it’s who you know in that game.
He ran unopposed. He was the only one running for that office. That’s how.
He was the only one running for that office. But the moment he had an opponent, he lost by a landslide.
Same way trump did. lie
His head is so big he can’t hold it up , it keeps falling over to one side. Or is that his meek innocent look ? 😂
😂😂
55:06 "Anything is possible." So like you being the murderer? 🤔
His persistent “ I NEVER KILLED” when nobodies even mentioning that part is seriously mind boggling,, this guy needs the full force of US Las Vegas LAW
"it's possible that we have slipped into a parallel universe, and the 'me' in THIS universe is in fact innocent..."
is that an actual quote??🥴🫣
@@ironmaven1760man I’m watching the whole video atm and if he says that I will be shooketh

The defendant keeps making speeches instead of just answering the questions put to him.
Also he can’t remember is past lies of course nobody does.
Guilty as sin!!
Don't think he believes he's lies anymore!!
This is literally comical watching this INSANE amount of evidence and listening to him still try to lie
This is the best cross examination I’ve ever seen in my life. 😂❤
Being unintentionally insufferable and impossibly unlikeable helps as much as a Squidward look.
Lmao….Bingo!
Anyone notice how he smacks his lips before answering nearly every question?
When he heats annoyed ! The prosecutor is getting to him.
Yes and I hate it
Can’t stand it
So annoying!
Bingo that’s a real red flag tooo
That’s a great Prosecutor right there. That defendant is sunk. I can’t believe he is an attorney.
Having read majority of the comments,I thank you all for the hilarious descriptions of little man Telles. Some of them were absolutely hilarious 😂 made my night. Thanks! 😊 😂
I’m sure his wife watched that video of him walking and knew right away it was him
So did his coworkers they gave his name in to police when they saw the little hitch in his giddy up 😂😂😂
Guilty, omg he believes his own words
This is a walk in the park for the state. Just have to go through the motions.
this is the most entertaining cross-examination I have seen in a while!
It’s probably the most fun the prosecutor has had doing cross examinations in a while as well 😄

This is so entertaining. I’m sure in his normal life he gaslights, bullies, explodes in anger but he doesn’t have those tools here. So he just has to listen to facts, look at photos, then say “no” like a toddler.
