Very beautiful forge build. Hopefully you get great use out of it my friends. Can't wait to see more videos soon Tay and team. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work Tay and team. Forge on. Weld on. Fab on. Keep making. God bless.
i am currently building my own metal shop and trying to decide if i should build my own forge or buy one pre built. thank you for this video, entertaining and informative. I'm actually going to be using this video and the original creators video to be building my own. thank you for the laughs and inspiration
Rob was great to work with and the instructions he gave us were really clear! We highly recommend reaching out to him if you're going the route of building your own! Thanks for watching - Walker
I really like your videos but man I guess that was a free Harbor Freight anvil because why would you use that crappy cast-iron can't compress heated steel worth crap 55 lb paper weight😅
A baffle system inside the pipe after the gas inlet helps mixing the gas alot and makes it so you can turn down the gas alot. Just takes experimenting to get it running perfectly. Nice build, I wish I had a plasma table to cut the steel out instead of the angle grinder I used on my heat treatment oven build.
The moment arm created by the pipe on the steel/concrete matrix kind of worries me! Dammit, he knew someone would say "they're not doing this right...". Argh!!
This is a really informative video. Why did Tay weld one item with a Tig, then come back and we’ll the other one with a mig, was he just pulling out all of his tools as he had other guys there or was this a technique?
I love watching the talent working its way through your system and coming out as finished projects! One thing that caught my eye was, wondering if pipe dope or Teflon tape was used on the plumbing? I may have missed it if it was done. Gas leak prevention.
Great video guys and thanks for the shout outs much appreciated, keep up the great videos
I’d use a support arm on that ventilation as the ribbon burner is holding the entire weight of the pipework
Great project guys

Glad the 6018 address found a home.
Do you need to peel the crayons first or can you burn the paper out later?
New to your channel, love the content. However, rule one: never ware a white in a metal shop. Rule two: never forget rule one...
ware?
