The owner should do half wood half metal handrail so it matches the stairs. Cut metal tubing in half, buff and smooth the edges and then add a piece of round wood inside the the half tubing. Powder coat the tube. Would look good

Outstanding, if small tweeks are needed for level/appearence you could make shims using base plates cut programs as models/templates and then add these flat shims behind connection points for a seamless final adjustment, bring several of 1/8"-1/4" thick shims for each of the four landing points and voila "Perfection" Ray
