I can’t wait for this to come to Canada! My gargoyle gecko, Concrete, will NOT take insects, and it worries me that she’s also very picky with her food flavours. Hopefully with this she’ll get a more complete diet.
I'm glad there is a watermelon flavour since Pangea hasn't been available for years. I'm looking forward for my leachie eating about a third of it and leaving the rest for the isopods who are less fussy
Got some of the watermelon flavour with the beautiful Lyra on the front. My Anahera went crazy for it, taking bites of it rather than her normal delicate lapping. You were spot on with it having a strong scent. Within 30 seconds of me putting it in with her, she was out from her log, hunting it down. Great channel❤
Awww this is so sad to hear about 😢 I currently have 3 Leo’s & 2 monitors. My 4th Leo was a super giant. He was super sweet & had quite the little personality ! I lost him like a year & half ago. I still miss the big little guy 🦎😢 I feel your pain ! Hang in there ! 🤙🏻
Huh, my Gargoyle gecko has gotten really picky with her food recently- and doesn't like the old Sticky Foot Gold very much, but I have discovered she's BONKERS for watermelon. Might have to give that a try.
Is it true that crustet geckos can live good with only this food? Because i want to have a gecko so bad but no one could feed my gecko if I'm on vacation or Something. Is it healthy to only eat this for some weeks? How much insects do you normally give the gecko if you feed this?
That looks great as it is clear your geckos love it. It’s reminded me that I have an unopened pouch of InsectiGold I bought for my leopard gecko sometime ago and haven’t used. Is it something you have given to yours (particularly Diego and Maui) since making the video (ua-cam.com/video/w53HAQV1Mpc/v-deo.html) about it two years ago?
To be honest I haven't needed to, as they'll readily take insects, i was kind of trying it out for the video. It's handy to have, in case you can't get hold of food. But I find a range of inverts will happily eat it.
@@leopardgeckotalk As there is a good exotic pets shop in town which always has feeder insects in stock and Echo has been hungrily eating the crickets and locusts she is offered, I haven’t neededInsectiGoldeither, which is why it’s still unopened and why I wondered if you had tried it again to see if Diego and Maui were still likely to grab a mouthful from a spoon. I’m tempted to make up some to try with Echo tomorrow, but have some crickets and locusts around in case she either isn’t bothered with it and/or eats it and is still hungry.
Did you watch the video? lol I show Drogo, my chahoua eating it too lol. It's for a range of geckos - all the new caledonian ones, mourning geckos, some day geckos, etc :)
I doubt it comes to Canada, but I couldn't use it. I don't use lighting at all with my geckos so having D3 in the diet IS important to mine. That said I do buy Repashy Grubs 'n' Fruit for more insect in the diet. And my Crested Geckos don't even like that, they have no desire for bugs at all. I mostly need bug food for my Chahoua and my Mourning Geckos

How long does a packet last?
They have pretty long expiry dates.
What if you don’t have uvb yet? Still okay to use??
No I would avoid it if you don’t have uv - the geckos need d3 from somewhere
