Would it still turn out ok without the heavy cream?
Heavy cream is what helps the filling thicken up properly. I have not tested it without.

Well West Nile virus 🦠 blew my whole body I had to learn how to talk and learn where I lived ( I lived in my home town for 40 some years. I’m 62 now
Well a lot that I knew was gone.
So now I’m trying to learn again how to cook what I use to Love. I do still love to cook but dicing and chopping is hard on my body so this will be something good for me.
