PEACH GALETTE FILLING:
►1 lb peaches, about 3-4 medium peaches
►1/4 cup sugar
►1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
►1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
►1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
►1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter
PEACH GALETTE CRUST:
►1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
►1 Tbsp granulated sugar
►1/2 tsp fine sea salt
►1/2 cup or 8 Tbsp very cold unsalted butter
►5-6 Tbsp ice water
►1 egg, beaten for egg wash
►1 Tbsp coarse sugar

Now Natasha this recipe has removed me from the quagmire of indecision these past few months of my newbie introduction into the art of cooking and thinking “”GOD”” ,,I’m 87 . Single lost my golden retriever, and making a blueberry 🫐 pie involves too much work with too much left over.. This recipe is beautiful, perfect 👍 with hardly any time to get comfortable in the fridge.. You are one special person in my life .
