I have been battling with tight hips and neck (end of year exam paper marking and reporting process at our school) and have been in complete agony for the past few days. This wonderful sequence have left me open, lubricated and light! Thank you, thank you, thank you! All chiropracts need to advocate your classes! Really enjoyed this one. Shoulders and hips are always my tightest areas. Loved how it was a full body stretch as well getting well into the glutes, and side body. Good one for any time of day I think as didn’t need to much strength and no long standing poses, and not many vinyasas. . Loved the variety in this one.

Another thing I really like about your classes is the spaciousness for our self-examination, be it physically deepening or nudging about in a position, or emotionally, filling up, letting go.

Enjoyed as always. I especially liked the curing for being chest/heart through the arms on Lizard as well as all the info on if shoulder blade/heads should be up, down, in, out. Ditto about collar bones and upper back.

I shouldn't be surprised at this stage but I kinda still am. These are amazing classes. You brought me back to one of the first classes of yours I took. In that class you were talking about the air between the mat and your buttocks in pigeon. At the time that seemed like an impossibility. Today there's still air there (more on the left) but there's a lot less of it. Thank you. I loved the jump out to wide legged forward fold.
Thank you for this flow... During quarantine, I've been teaching yoga a lot myself and have been letting my own personal practice slip here and there so I do appreciate this so much! Trying to find that perfect balance... what a journey! Hope all is well love! :)
