Love love my Hydra Seal Row pad. I find myself using it more than my bench due to how comfortable it feels when performing certain exercises.. my feet are flatter on the ground. With the 7 different angles, it just feels great on my back as well as my chest. I also use it for a lot of my stretching exercises as well
I really like this pad. I just wish there was a way to get it in the center of the rack. Having it be off center makes it hard to use on the deadlift platform I already set up.
Will it mount to stack cable towers, it would be awesome you Could use it for what it’s attended for and possibly use it as a seat for lat pull-down.Just a thought of course.I currently have the tower and use a mechanics chair with the wheels off and it works perfect and still have a stretch on my lats.
I’m limited in space in my garage so mounting on the rack facing out the way you are isn’t an option with a barbell. With the size this is, is it usable if it’s rotated 90 degrees and pointing between the uprights? That way my barbell would be running up and down my garage instead of across it

That's our 60mm (2.3) cable tower which we attached with our hydra uprights and cross members
