I love this design. Aluminum pulleys, true imperial 3x3 measurements, attaches in the back so you can still use the rack. It literally has everything that I want. RML owners have been waiting for something like this forever lol. Two thunbs up from me.
You can also do seated leg extensions and laying hamstring curls with this. I have a tall residential power rack that's plate loaded. For leg extensions, I attach an ankle cuff to the cable and put my bench inside the rack so there's space under the bench for the cable to travel. Sit with your back to the cable pulley and use the chain that comes with it. I am short (5'1") and have to take off shoes and socks for my foot to travel. Taller people probably need to elevate the bench on plates or boxes. For hamstring curls, turn the bench and lay down with the ankle cuff attached (feet closer to the pulley). I use the chain that came with the cable pulley when needing extra length.
I love the fact that you can adjust the height of the lat tower to all 3 different rack sizes, I've had to move my hydra rack from my living room to down the basement which is a smaller ceiling hight. All my 84" uprights will fit in the basement, but my cross members won't so they can easily be lower down. But it was the Lat tower I was a bit concerned about. But with the option with the 3 options of hight, it will fit perfectly. The tower it's self is very sturdy and smooth. And works great. Love it
if they are all compactible does that mean for the 72 inch flat foot Hydra, total height would be 78.5(72+2+4.5) and for 72 inch 4-post rack total height would be 76.5 (72+4.5)?
Looking to add this in the rack builder, but it doesnt explicitly say that it comes with the two bars (wide lat and shorter row). Can you confirm whether it odes?
Does it add any additional height? I have a 90” Hydra but don’t have much clearance above it. Your site says it adds 4” but the video seems to have it flush with the posts at 5:27. Thanks
How is the stability on the squat stand? Im thinking of getting the squat stand for the time being and upgrading it to a 4 post rack down the road. If it works really well with the squat stand I may never even need to upgrade to a 4 post
Yes, this can be mounted to a squat stand. We would recommend adding plates and plate pegs, or bolting the squat stand to the floor for added sturdiness
I've read that this adds 4 inches to the rack height. Looking at the photos it doesnt appear to be that much taller than the uprights. Is it 4 inches added on fron the top of the crossmember?

We strive to give you all everything you could possibly ask for! 😁😁
That's epic that it comes with a leg holder!!! Way more important than people realize
haha cant forget about that 😉😉
I've got a budget cage and I really miss having something to hold my legs down for pulldowns

Able to put it on the Squat stand and half rack WON me over!
This is the rack I'm saving up for, hopefully next year!

Now that's a seriously great way to use it! 🤩🤩
@BELLS OF STEEL You have released my inner MacGyver. 😆

I love mine. Butter smooth.
You guys are awesome 🏋♂️
awe shucks you are too kind 😉😉
Its super smooth too, I got one
Music to our ears! Hope its serving you well 🤩🤩
@BELLSOFSTEEL any word on when the weight stack is coming?
is this compatible with Titan X3 power rack ? Thanks in advance.
Boom goes the dynamite
you know it 😎😎
When is the weight stack version coming out?
I may get this for my hydra rack all I need is a way to do lat pulldowns and I can do everything I do at a commercial gym
Any plans to upgrade the 2.3x2.3 lat attachment to be like this one? Seems much smoother
We got plans to upgrade our old iterations always! 😎😎
eventually can we buy guide rods and weight stack only?

Yup, that's correct
Does it increase the depth of the rack? Can it be mounted inside the weight storage section of the rack?

It does at just a tad extra height on top of the cross member, and a tad more over the highest point.
Take my money NOW!!!! But first I wanna see the setup on an actual squat rack.
Is the first section next to the pulldown 24 inches in width?

could you mount this to a 2 post squat rack? vs going on a cage.

This should fit the monster rogue light right?
It would fit any similar 3x3 rack with 5/8" holes
