    I have been suffering from severe agoraphobia for over a decade. A panic attack in the metro or somewhere in the heart of the city feels like you will die, faint and lose your mind all at the same time. It feels like you’re in a dream in a state of unreality, though it’s very scary Shaan is right, it’s not real. Very hard to overcome but the only way to do so, is to learn to let go the moment it happens

    I think mine were just from an overabundance of stress and grief from loss. Then it strikes at weird times.

      That's one of the biggest reasons it happens andll becomes horrible. Just retrain your response system

    Not the fears. it's the dp/dr constantly. It's so annoying
