Thanks! This was what I was looking for. I do plan to buy the case, switch, arm assembly to simplify things ($62 plus shipping) from Supplyhouse - I am not very handy, so I think this would be worth the extra expense :) I read that I might need to clean and file to smooth out the mating surfaces of the case. But I think the rubber gasket will take of that. Let me know if you have further hints!

Just having one quick question: how to tell what is the model of our sump pump? My sump pump is Zoeller for sure...but not sure if it is 53,55,57,59,97 and 98... where I can find this information because we moved in a house where I can't find any information left by the previous owner?

You have to go down in there and see the badge on the pump. There you will find the model number, etc.
