For me this is one of the top five tunes performed by Tuba Skinny. It's among the tunes I have to hear at least once each morning to start my day. Finding this particular video was a thrill. Bob Throne provides lyrics I've not seen elsewhere. They make it clear that the singers are challenged to keep the song on the beat. I've been listening to a 2012 Digitalalexa vid of the song that features incredible dancing. This 2019 video is far superior visually, and TS performs it with polish and brio. Ben's guitar work is superb. Shaye's inventions show the progress she has made in seven years.

Fantastic! One of my all time TS favourites. Wished it was on one of the albums.
It IS on one of the albums - the one published this year 2019 and entitled 'Some Kind-a-Shake'.
Any version of "I'm Going Back Home," a classic Tuba Skinny song, is wonderful, but I must admit that I really like the older versions, in which the horns take on a much more predominant role at the beginning of the song, better. This 9/2/19 performance also seems quite fast; it's less than four minutes. Maybe I just prefer the older performances because I've grown so used to them, but many of their other songs sound as good or better as time goes on. Something is different here in the arrangement, tempo, or key, and I'm just not quite sure what it is.
