You can put a small pan of hot boiling water in the bottom of oven to speed up the rising process aswell if your oven has no light the steam will help it rise
I tried these tonight.. they turned out fabulously.. thank you for the step by step instructions.. can these be frozen after they’re baked.. thank you.

I don't have dry active yeast but I do have rapid instant rise yeast. Can I substitute?
Yes, you don't need to proof it before, just through everything in together.
