I like to vacuum with a brush after dry sanding then use a tack cloth. Seems like there would be quite a few fine particles in the air after blowing the dust into the air, even with the air purifier.

Edit: I have now learned that using a tack cloth is a huge mistake as it leaves a fine residue on the wood. That residue causes the clean armor to not level out. Not just not level out but bead up. Huge mistake. I now use a vaccum, compressed air then a microfiber towel with 99.9% alcohol.

Need more info on the outdoor 705 finish. Will it resist cracking (like some varnishes and polys) when left exposed to sunlight for years outside? Will it require any maintenance to prevent problems? Will the wood eventually eventually fade or turn gray outdoors or will this prevent that? ...or is this really just going to provide water and scratch protection outdoors?

The Clean Armor 705 product line is designed to withstand the elements for a very long time. The company itself is fairly young and can “only” look back on 5 years of experience. They have done extensive exterior projects about 5 years ago which are exposed to the harshest outdoor elements year round and these still stand up strong after almost 5 years. The manufacturer estimates that a refinish may be necessary every 7 years.

@@suspensefulness Yes, Clean Armor adheres well to epoxy, for as long as your epoxy is fully cured.

Will these finishes cure without the UV light? If so how long to cure?

No, UV light is the only thing that will cure Clean Armor products as there are no solvents that evaporate. You can definitely use the daylight. After finishing your projects in the shop, just take them outside to cure within 2 minutes (even on cloudy days!)

What grit sandpaper did you use after the seal coats?

I always use 320 grit sandpaper when sanding in between coats.
