- 10 Minutes to super toned legs and thighs during your pregnancy! All you need for this at home pregnancy leg workout is your couch, your bed, a TRX strap, or a workout bench. This is a prenatal no equipment workout challenge to sculpt lean, toned legs. It is pregnancy safe for 1st trimester, 2nd trimester, and 3rd trimester of pregnancy as long as you are cleared by your doctor to workout during your pregnancy and the split squat exercise does not hurt you.

Ran .20 miles, lunged .05 miles x4, did this workout, and then did stair runs. Legs=dead!!! Thanks for the thorough but quick workout!

34 weeks along with #3 and as always I’m so impressed with your strength! I had to take breaks with my second leg. I also have some intermittent pain in my pelvic area so I couldn’t squat as deep as usual but still a killer burn. Going to do prenatal Pilates next-the day after Christmas means time to work through some of the excess sugar I ate in the last 24 hours 😬

Great workout for muscle imbalances (which I have). I never feel like the one-legged squats target the right muscles for me, but I felt the burn with these split squats! Definitely saving this workout for the future. Kudos to all you ladies doing this while pregnant!👏
You go Grace Anna! I'm so glad this helped you isolate each leg individually while increasing your balance and glute recruitment, too. Hope you'll do it again in the future with added weights or TRX when you feel ready for it!

I did not have it in me to do the week 11 workout for Friday so I switched it with this one! I loved this! I am going to be adding this in every week now!
Did this for the fourth time today at 28 weeks! Proud of what my body is still capable going into the third trimester with our third baby. I'm also relieved this wasn't hard on my pelvis with SPD!
I'm shocked this one didn't hurt your SPD - I'm curious if it is because the staggered stance is STATIONARY verses moving into a rear lunge repetitively. Good to know and PROPS TO YOU for still crushing it Lindsey.

This is my second time trying this workout as part of your pre-natal workout schedule. The first time I could not make it the whole way and skipped rounds 7 and 4. Today I made it through all 10 rounds!! But a killer burn for sure. Thank you!

Oh my dear… this is great. I love feeling like I’m actually doing something to strengthen. After the 8th count I was just trying to move and hold lol-but was only inspired to do it more. Will come back to this!!

It's my rest day, but I watched today and plan to fit it in next week! Sweet Ava stretching along with mommy was so cute.

@@glowbodypt , I did it! Nothing fancy this time, no added weight or TRX. When I wanted to give up I remembered the numbers were getting smaller and it was almost over 😂
This kicked my butt, great short workout!
When I realized how hard this was going to be I nearly cried (pregnancy hormones LOL) but I did it. Def had to hit pause a couple times and didnt go down nearly as low as you. But I did it.

First time trying anything like this, but made it through (minus about half the holds.) It’s real!

BSS have always hurt my knees. I switched back and forth between Right and left legs to give my knees a break. No pain that way! 👏🏼 I’m impressed by those who can do 55 on one leg (plus holds) with only seconds of rest.

This was TOUGHHH but it was not impossible! It really challenged me, and I did not give up!!

Wow, I felt the burn! I did make it through all the sets, but I'm also not pregnant currently. Definitely sweaty! I think I need to roll out my hips now though!

This was intense and such a short workout! My legs were definitely feeling it the next day. I even challenged my husband to do this and he really enjoyed it!

Have SPD and as soon as I stood one leg on the chair my pelvis went NOPE! So I did it with a normal lunge instead and it totally worked!!

I am 17 weeks and did (almost) the challenge! First time doing it, but had to do normal forward lunges because of a knee injury (putting all my weight on one knee inflames it :( But.. did it doing forward lunges! So probably not quite as intense, but definitely burrrnneeeddddd.
Heck yeah! It is HARD -- the hardest on the prenatal program. I'm happy you did it and made it work for you.

I love that it’s one thing with a ladder. Burn fest!! My left leg, which I balance better on was able to make it all the way! But my right leg was a toughie! I got to 6 and started losing my focus. ☺️
Leaving this comment will make you more accountable. Do this again in 30 days- legit mark your calendar Suzanne. You need to get both legs equally strong and balanced- this will pay off tremendously by carrying over into other exercises (squat, deadlift) and prevent common overuse injuries that women tend to get more often than men. Great job doing it!!

you were too fast for me so I stopped the video to do it at my pace but got confused and interchanged legs every time for each ser, got it all done despite of that! it burns
Angie, I'm sorry my pace was too quick for you right now but I'm proud of you to hear that you overcame that by doing the best you could and finished with a really good burn regardless! Keep in mind my challenges are definitely going to push you, but my intent is you come back and try them again. Each time you do it, you'll feel more stable and increase your endurance which brings a feeling of REWARDED that can be bought, only earned. Glad to have you here Angie.

It's okay to do as many as you can in the time I provide- you will absolutely get faster each time you repeat this workout if you try the workout every 2 weeks.
I think Bulgarian squats are my least favorite exercise ever but I made it through at 26+ weeks so I'm grateful. These are tough! Hurts so good but also 😅 lol
