This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.
The resistance band workouts are my new favorites. I loved this workout. I also bought the bands you have and they worked great. 27 weeks tomorrow!

I discovered this channel at the end of my first and am coming back now that I’m pregnant with #2. These are perfect. Challenging but safe. Most other workouts haven’t been challenging enough for me as I ran 10ks and lifted weights prior to pregnancy. Thanks!

I am almost 8 weeks pregnant and did even before resistance band exercises, I simply love them, make me feel energized and toned ❤️🔥

I struggle so much with extra arm fat. I work so hard to get rid of it and even though the rest of me slims down my arms do not want to on the inner side. They tone well on the outside. I love anything new unique for arms and different ways to work my arms so appreciate this and anything non typical. Thanks

Love this workout! Working at home and being pregnant during covid, I really feel like your videos are so motivational because I can do them on breaks. Also, it is a lot easier (mentally) to do a 15 min workout than an hour when all you want to do it sit on the couch and eat. Your workouts are really helping me and my growing (first) baby!

Laughing at myself a bit today! I've done this workout a few times now in the prenatal plan (currently on week 29 of the plan, but 30w5d myself). The last few times I've done this workout ALL of my "what I thought were strong" bands have snapped on me (and most of those were leftover bands from a 2018 ACL PT after a surgery a few years ago already tied together from snapping once before ha!). I finally ordered the bands Ashley uses and TRIED to go straight to that black band for the tricep move like Ashley.... LOL apparently I have NOT been building that tricep strength with my lame bands! I could barely move the black band! haha - should have bought these bands the first time she mentioned them instead of waiting! Either way - LOVE these workouts and only regret not buying these bands during first trimester! I'm going to be doing that banded tricep move every day until baby arrives to build that muscle!

I've been doing your prenatal calendar workouts and this one is definitely one of my top favorites! I haven't been able to work due to COVID-19 so having these at home workouts for free have truly helped me stay motivated every day and I am so thankful!

Hey. i've been following GBPT for a few weeks now and I have noticed that along with butters and such, not gaining too much weight is also key. My doc gave me no more than 30lbs and at 6mo I have only gained 12. My bump is growing for days and mark free. And I oil daily.
It unfortunately also has alot to do with genetics, some types of skin are just more prone to stretch marks than others, and no amount of lotioning can stop it because the worst of it happens Under the layer of skin that benefits from topicals. That said, eating a diet rich in those good for your skin things like avocados nuts and fish can help the deeper levels, and its thought that just the action of rubbing the lotion on actually helps because the rubbing motion stimulates skin recover and new growth at the deeper levels. I have that "bad skin for stretch marks" so bad that I got several bad ones just from puberty, and as I got them pretty bad with my first pregnancy too, despite LOTS of lotion and creams and only gaining 25 before baby. I since then learned about the diet aspect and havnt gained any new ones with babies 2- (the current) 4, although of course I was already stretched lol. 😁 I wish you luck w your skin and if you do get some dont cave to the people who said you didnt take care of yourself and that's why, if you did your best then you did right. Different people have different skin elasticity and there's sometimes nothing you can do.
